People who are prepared for what it offers, or actually doesnt offer, can and should have a wonderful time. It is very remote at the end of a narrow paved scenic 12 mile drive along the middle fork of the river. The beauty and quiet are worth the escape from modern city life. No cell service or electric hookups, pit toilets, fires allowed within their rings, and wonderful cold well water. It is well maintained with attentive and observant on site campground hosts. Have a great time.

The site aren't near the water!

I reserved to spot for 6 people and 2 cars, when I arrived the space was small, only able to accommodate a single tent. We turned around and went home.

So good!

Site 9 was excellent, the tent platform was flat hard packed level sand, tons of shade and the privacy of this campsite is wonderful. The host does a good job, the bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. I even had a deer walk straight to me and nibble on my shoe! Bring Off/Deet, the mosquitos are....friendly.

Nice size level spots with beautiful scenery.

This was my second time staying in Middle Fork Campground and we enjoyed it a lot. We stayed in site 17, which was nice and shaded, and the bathrooms and dumpsters were a good distance away. Everything was nice and clean and the pit toilets were always stocked with toilet paper and werent too stinky.The tent pad was nicely raked for our arrival and I didnt see any trash. Its a beautiful place to stay. Tons of wild flowers, and I especially enjoyed how many wild berries were growing around the campground as well. Im sure well be back again. :)

Great camping spot. Right next to the bathrooms, trash cans, and near the water. I was worried we'd be able to smell some of it, but it was never an issue.Site 15 also has a trail that runs behind it - there's a makeshift path near the fire pit that connects to it. Take a left once you get to the trail, and you'll end up near the suspension bridge entrance. Super short walk compared to going out the campground entrance.No signal with Google Fi.

Incredible location with solid access to multiple hiking trails within a 30 minute drive. Being close to Issaquah is also very helpful for restocking supplies. The campgrounds were spacious and heavily forested with a walkable trail connecting the sites and leading directly to a hike. There were wild raspberry bushes scattered across our site. Would be mindful of the large amount of Foxglove that grows along the trails, and at some of the campsites, as its heavily toxic when ingested. So be mindful of small pets or young kiddos.

When we visited the campground was mostly full. There is ample space between most sites for some privacy. We found that fellow campers were respectful and peaceful; especially during the evening and night when noise can be an issue for those in tents.

This campsite is such a gem. Easy to get to, but you really feel off-grid because of how far out it is. The site was very well maintained during our stay, and Ian, the camp host was awesome!There is so much to do in the area - tons of beautiful trails, hiking, backpacking, biking, rafting and kayaking, fishing. Highly recommend. This campsite is going to be one of our yearly staples.

Sites are very nice with space between each unit. Much to our surprise, there is a water pump for potable water which made a huge difference. Definitely would recommend this campground.

Beautiful location close to hiking trails and river. We have been camping there for 3 years now.

Beautiful, quiet and spacious site! That also offers privacy between each site in the campground.

Campground was pretty quiet (we went during the week) and clean. The tent pads are a good size (fit our 5 and 6 person tents just fine) and well marked, although theyre definitely not flat. The bathrooms were clean, but you have to make sure to keep the door and lid closed!

So many things to love about Middle Forks from the connivence of getting there from the Eastside, to the beautiful river and relatively easy hikes for little ones, to the robust berry picking opportunities during summer season. That said, the mosquitos in July are HORRENDOUS even with generous application of deet-containing insect repellant. As much as we love the location, we're not sure we could stand the mosquito experience again.

Sites are rustic but space is as described. Vault toilets are clean and dont smell bad. Drinking water tastes good and is plentiful. The host is full of pertinent information and friendly. Hikes are very beautiful and so many miles to discover. The recreational area is well maintained.

Great campsite and campground as usual. Kept cool in the river during one of the hottest weekends of the year so far.

It was our first time staying at this campground and it was great! We stayed at site 35, which is next to the camp host, and it was a clean and well kept spot. Not very much shade, but we appreciated all the wild salmon and blueberries around and the woods that were on the back side of our site. We were able to hang our hammocks, fit our 6 person tent with plenty of extra space, and have our pop up for shade, with plenty of room to move around our site. We could see our neighbors, but they werent super close.The bathrooms were clean pit toilets, and there was a water spigot which was nice. Plenty of trails and the river is not far from the campground, maybe a 5 minute walk if that. Do take care to place your food in the protective bear boxes! We saw a black bear while driving in and he looked fat, so watch out and bring your bear spray if youre hiking.The reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because of consistent generator noise from the camp host on and off throughout the day, and because our site had no shade from any trees and it was 85 and burning hot. Most of the sites do have constant shade, we just happened to be on the side where the sun hit directly, which was unfortunate.All together though, we loved this campground and would definitely come back again!

Camped here at end of May/beginning of June and it was absolutely perfect! Waaay back in the mountains, great hiking and rivers around. Campground was very well maintained. Campers seemed to be respectful of quiet hours so it was a very relaxing campground. 10/10 would camp here again

Snoqualmie Middle Fork Campground is a perfect close-in getaway place. Lots of nearby and varied hiking opportunities, rivers to play in on warm days, and wildlife wandering through camp, it feels more remote than it is. The campground itsself was quieter than I expected, despite being there on a busy weekend.
@JakeA11F15AF68 · Camped on Sep 15, 2023 at Campsite #13
Excellent campground overall - very clean and well-kept, with beautiful sites. The campground host/workers were pleasant and helpful. There are some trails leaving from the campground that were really beautiful forest walks as well. I'm just deducting 2 stars from this review because the water was turned off for our stay.

Even though I had booked my 4 night reservation 1 week before and ended up with the last campsite available across from the toilets, at the end of the loop, it was perfect fast access out of there to go fishing early in the morning without disturbing people too much. When the party people went home, Sunday and Monday were quiet and magical - a Mama and baby deer even came right into my camp! So many birds too! Easy access to hikes, fishing, and tranquil chill spots.

Beautiful location, well kept. Restrooms clean and stocked with toilet paper. The trails close to the river were easy to access and were delightful. My only concern were that some campers were not respecting the fire ban.

We really enjoyed this peaceful and beautifully forested campground! The site was spacious and private and the amenities (tent pad, picnic table, fire pit, bear box) were above average. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean for a pit toilet! Love the close access to trails.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
