Staying at Shannon creek has been a joy. My friends and I have gone back to camp there every year, for the last 5 years. The camp host was very helpful and kept the restroom clean. We are already looking forward to going back next year

Pit toilets both at the campground and boat ramp were spotless. Our camp spot was nicely vegetated so felt pretty private. The camp host was frequently seen about.

Our stay at Shannon Creek was excellent! The camp host, Lisa, was friendly and very accommodating. Her advise of the area was appreciated and knowledgeable. The only downfall is we didnt schedule enough time to truly explore the area. Gorgeous!!

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. The host is always a delight, the sites are relatively private due to foliage between them, the lake itself is one of the most beautiful in Washington, and you can't beat the wildlife.

Camp host was awesome! Friendly and helpful. Campground was in nice condition, restrooms were clean and probably as pleasant as they could be, though the camp wasnt very full during our stay. The Lake is beautiful and we loved the beach and water.

Excellent camp host, willing to sit around and answer all my questions about the boat launch, and let me move to a different vacant spot that was more amenable to my camping setup.

Ive camped here before in a smaller trailer and always enjoyed this campground. This time I can in my 25ft Airstream. The loop has 2 large sink holes in the road that I bottomed out in one at 10 miles per hour. They are deep and hard to see in the dappled light from the trees. They need fixing or at least signs put up to warn folks. I wasnt the only person that experienced this. The water pump is ridiculous and takes two people to operate to gather water. And then the water is brown. Opted to go into town for water instead. Disappointing trip.

Stayed in site 13. The camp host during our time was amazing. Parking for an extra vehicle is $12, not $10 as it states on this website as of right now. This site was actually laid out well, however, there is a direct view of and walkway to site 1. We were basically camping with them due to the proximity. It would have been find had the group in this site had not been a loud, obnoxious group that was chain smoking and having contests to burp the loudest. I would attempt to find a different site if I stayed here again. The boat/day area was great!

Shannon Creek is a nice quiet campground on Baker Lake. Its secluded enough to really be out in the forest but still close enough to drive only 2 hours to get there.

We had a wonderful overnight at Shannon Creek, (loop 1, site 8). Since we were there on a weekday before a lot of schools were out, the campground was only about half full and there was no one next to us or across from us. Great privacy in the site even if there had been other people. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The camp host was very friendly and checked in with us when we arrived. We were a little early but no one was at the site so we set up. There was no shade during the afternoon when the sun was overhead but thankfully we had a canopy and after the sun moved past the trees it was much more comfortable. Will definitely stay at this location again.

The campground was absolutely gorgeous! It was quiet, well-cared for, and our site was clearly marked. The camp host was friendly and really op top of things. We loved our stay, and can't wait to come back!

Pros: Amazing scenery, and access to the lake and local trails. Manager (supervisor) was friendly and helpful, and most campers were considerate of quiet hours.Cons: A bit far from other activities in the region, as it's at the dead end of a long, slow road! Camping spots and outhouse are small, but all were clean and tidy.

The campground itself was very nice, and the proximity to some nice day hikes is wonderful. Taking a dip afterwards is off the chart nice! Bring something for your feet as the rocky bottom makes getting in and out a little rough. There is a hand-pump well in the campground labeled "potable", but I thought the water was rusty looking, so I would recommend bringing your own water.

We had an amazing time at Shannon Creek Campground! The lake is absolutely stunningperfect for swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing by the shore. The campground itself was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. We brought 10 kids with us, and they had an absolute blast! Whether they were playing by the water or exploring the campground, there was never a dull moment. Its a great spot for families looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. Well definitely be back!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
