Old Highway 86 Campground in Stone County is located 1 hr 9 min south of Springfield, MO with an elevation of 914 feet. There are a total of 78 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of April to the end of October. 77 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 34 and 80 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 77 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $25.00 to $50.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Fantastic hosts but the most over packed CoE campground we've seen. Vehicles parked on the grass and one particular site had 2 trucks and 3 cars attempting to fit in their site with no less than 15 people. Not sure why they couldn't park in the visitor parking area. The last visitor to that site parked their car in the empty site next to us until the host has them remove it. But it didn't go far, it ended up half in the road and half on the grass still partially blocking the site next to us. The new arrival next to us had to find them and have them move the car so they could back in. The new arrival had a truck, car, boat and 5th wheel so, needless to say, the area was packed to the gills with boats and unnecessary vehicles. To top it off, the sites are very close together. Ridiculous.

Had a great time!! Park is kept up well, camp host was nice, answered all my questions, and has a fun sense of humor. Lady that cleans the bathrooms and showers is diligent and nice. Got to relive childhood memories and create new ones. Lake being high wasn't a problem during our stay.

My stay at Old Mill was a wonderful one. The campsite has friendly helpful staff, clean and well kept public facilities. The grounds are well kept and traveling alone I felt very safe. Overall, I would recommend this campsite to anyone. Regardless of the site you chose the views are beautiful, relaxing and breath taking. I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Also, it is fairly close to Branson if you are a family and want a less expensive way to have a vacation. Highly recommend.

camp was very well maintained shower house and bathroom i have never seen one as clean as this was spotless outdoors was mowed and trimmed up nice

Beautiful sites on Table Rock lake - lots to see & do. Not too far from Branson & all the Johnny Morris sights in the area.First time to this campground & Ken and wife really were great helping everyone find their way around and just making it feel like a wonderful community to be a part of while staying there. They seemed to always be around & willing to help out with any questions or concerns.Most campers walk the entire campground after the dinner hour and are very friendly. For the most part parents were courteous of others by keeping kids within sight and did not let them scream and run thru campsites. The campground was extremely clean. Also people were great about the quiet hours or maybe it was staff enforcing the rules, cause it did get very quiet, which was great after a very long day on the water.

the last couple of years the bathrooms have been cleaner than ever,the staff working there is great and very friendly,we have enjoyed staying there very much, rent the pavillon ever september and staff is always great. the only thing we noticed was we were there wed. to monday, and only saw a park ranger 1 time, and that was on a sunday.

Beautiful campground with awesome hosts. Spotless bathrooms and the sites are pristine. I highly recommend this campground. Close to lots of activities. One of our favorites is Top of the Rock which is just a few miles away.

Beautiful campground. Campsite was nice until we had to move due to flooding waters. They have the cleanest bathrooms and campsites that you will ever find!! Sweet lady was constantly cleaning, such a hard worker. We will definitely be back!

Our site was great! We were in #22 out on the point. It was breezy but that was fine with us. Everything was really clean and the grounds were freshly mowed. This was our first time to camp at Old 86 and we have reservations already for a stay in July.

Really nice spot on the water. The camp hosts were great and people actually followed the rules about having their pets on leash which was nice. Top of the rock is super close.
