Great little campground! Hard to get a reservation on the weekend unless you plan months in advance. Plenty of room in the sites, most paved. Camp host is very pleasant!

Great place to stay! Wonderful, friendly and helpful host! Its a beautiful campground just wished they mowed more often.

The campground is beautiful and very shaded. We were surprised how quiet it was leading up to a holiday weekend. We loved that it was a short easy drive to Branson. The bathrooms could have used a little TLC. There is paint peeling from the walls and the exhaust system is obsolete. Even taking a cold shower, you are sweating by the time you get dressed and out of there. The windows are painted shut and vents are closed, making it a hot box in the summer.

Great area. Quiet with large camping sites. Grounds were well-maintained. The camp hostess made us feel welcome, with a friendly smile and lots of good information. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. Though the lake was high and the beach area closed for swimming, I was allowed to access the area for fishing. I would not hesitate to make a return trip to Cricket Creek.

We liked our site #18,needs to be leveled though.And would have been much nicer if we could see the water.Wish some of the underbrush were cut so you could see the beautiful sunset above the water.Still nice clean bathroom,well protrolled,quiet very relaxing.host were awesome!Definitely would stay here again!

Grass was in bad need of cutting. Swim area was closed, like gate closed, couldnt even walk around the water

Bathrooms were not very clean, there was pooped smeared in the floor in the #2 restroom that never up mopped up, and only the toliet paper got changed and toliet cleaned, nothing else was done, very disappointing. Park Host was very friendly and the park rangers were super friendly.

Absolutely awful! Bathroom/showers was nasty it was never cleaned while we were there. The site was ok. Some trash was left from prior campers. Definitely not happy with the experience.

Beautiful campsite. Very clean and well kept. Restrooms were clean. Park ranger was around each day. Quiet hours were respected which was nice for getting some rest. The marina was great! The water had been really high, so one road that loops around to the boat ramp was closed making it a little tricky to get boats backed down the ramp, but still manageable. This will definitely be on our list of favorites.

We've been coming here for years. The last 3 or 4 years the campground isn't mowed right before Memorial Day weekend. Plus this year we had nobody at the gatehouse to check us in or to talk to while we were there. We were disappointed.

We camped the first 2 weeks of April so the trees were not in full bloom allowing a nice view of the lake. Campground is very nice and quiet. Bathhouse is separated into 4 separate rooms allowing private showers. Our only negative was site 18 was not level and made it difficult getting the camper set up. We will definitely be back!

No lake view from camp ground area. Cell service was very week. (Not a critique of the camp ground. Just knowledge)

Worst camp hosts you have had at this campground in the last 20 years. Very unfriendly and hostile and allowed campers to stay up until 2 am nightly partying and playing loud music. I have talked to the Park Ranger and know I was not the only person to issue a complaint.

We have coming to CRICKET CREEK for 16 years and this the worst experience we had. The PARK ATTENDANCES was very very rude and Hateful. I have never been treated that back in my life. We like going to Cricket Creek because its close to family. Its clean and quiet and its Beautiful. But this time it wasn't. The MOTORCYCLES coming thought late at night. Plus the parking attendance like I said was rude and hateful and refused to give us are second parking pass. and the place was not clean it all ways was. We are going to be back next year so I hope there will be different Park Attendances. And the Park Ranger we talk to was very nice and polite. And am sorry but get his name. But all the Park Rangers we ever talk to is nice. And we are not the only one that talk to the Park Ranger that day. Like I said we will be back next year. So I hope it will be a good one. Because I hate to have to find another place to go. See you guys next year

Nice park. We enjoyed our stay even though we had a terrible rain and hail storm and our truck and trailer received damage.The grass had not been mowed it was over ankle high. The campground hosts were very helpful and friendly.

We were in site #19 for an overnight. The campground was clean, quiet and peaceful. It was easy to level our 34' motorhome, and there was plenty of room to park the toad. I don't believe any of the sites have lake views, but there are lots of trees and shade. The marina is a short walk up the road. There is also a swim beach, but we didn't check it out this trip. There is a pair of bald eagles nesting in the campground. Several sites were blocked off and not being used, I assume to give the eagles some space. Being able to watch them from our site was a special treat. Take binoculars and enjoy!I will mention that you need to take the 2nd entrance into the campground in order to back into site 19. The signage didn't tell us that, but it was easy to turn around and come back in going the right direction. There are a couple of places across the road from the campground that worked well for unhooking and hooking up the toad. The gate was unattended while we were there, but we had reserved and paid on line, so no issue. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
