North Abutment Campground in Grenada County is located 1 hr 41 min southwest of Tupelo, MS with an elevation of 236 feet. There are a total of 55 campsites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 32 and 70 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. All sites have electric and water hookups. Prices start at $24.00 per night. Some amenities include swimming, marina, amphitheater. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Very nice campground. Hosts did a great job of keeping everything looking good. Bathrooms were clean and in good condition.

This was a wonderful surprise. We were by the pond right on the water. My husband walked just 20 feet to fish and caught a few. The park is great for riding your bike around. Few minor hillsgreat for cardio!

Everything was wonderful and one of the best experiences I have had. However, some one "volunteer claiming to be an employee" burst in the bathroom while was taking a shower and started screaming at me that I was not camping there and I had a dog in the shower with me. My service dog. I fell on the property due to uneven concrete and have not been about to walk now for over a week.

Because we were there in October, the lake was down. Bath houses were locked and unavailable. Site was very nice, had a view of lake and dam. Enjoyed the visitor center. Watched several people use the fish station. Nicest one that we ever saw at any of the campgrounds weve been to.

My campsite was very nice all concrete with a patio area. I had full hook ups.The park was clean and well kept. I was in an area all by myself. So it was quite and peaceful.

Beautiful and peaceful campground! The sites are well-kept, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The lake views are amazing, and its a great spot for relaxing or getting out on the water. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the nicer COE parks weve stayed atcant wait to come back!

North Abutment is very well maintained and both camp host are very nice and helpful. We always enjoy camping there and usually do 4 to 5 times per year.

The campgrounds were immaculate, the pad was level, the reservoir was beautiful, and the shower facilities were clean and safe. Check-in after hours was no hassle and the staff was helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for?
