Gull Lake Rec Area in Crow Wing County is located 1 hr 17 min north of St. Cloud, MN with an elevation of 1,209 feet. There are a total of 43 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to mid October. 40 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 53 and 122 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 1 site has electric and water hookups. 40 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $28.00 to $40.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

We love Gull Lake Recreation Area. The campsites are marvelously maintained and provide a sense of privacy. The staff and volunteers are so very helpful. The bathrooms are well maintained as well. Firewood is simple to order and delivered to your site.

Very nice campsites. Each campsite had graveled area with picnic tables and fire ring. Nicely groomed grass and very nicely kept wooded areas. With the trees, neighbors were close enough to see but not be able to hear their conversations. Quiet! There were lots of campsites but one did not feel crowded. Bathrooms were nicely kept. I recommended to the group that we were with that we put this down to come to next year.

Beautiful campground! Nice big level sites. Very clean and the volunteers are friendly & helpful. We missed the park rangers though!

Volunteers were wonderful. Campsites easy to access and spacious with privacy. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Park near campsite was well maintained and a place to the side where dogs could swim. Great experience.

A great place to stay for RVs - for set up/tent camping in late spring/early summer the camping spots can be very open to direct sun and the is little privacy to your neighbors. I'm sure it would have been fine mid-summer with full foliage. Overall, a good and quiet area. Great access to lake/boating and a small recreation area.

For a staff so short handed, they had the cleanest restrooms and the grounds were excellent. The best camp hosts I have experienced anywhere.

We just stayed overnight in the campground but enjoyed walking over to the park area and looking at the lake and the birds. Campsite was level and very neat.

Three nights at campsite 6. Very private site. Camp at Gull Lake often as its just an hour from my home. Campsites are cared for by camp hosts and are always neat and clean. Bathrooms are kept clean as well. Firewood is purchased online, delivered to your site and supports a local charity. Beach is family friendly and well kept. Boat launch parking lot is almost always full, but theres an overflow lot. Fishing by the dam.

We loved our visit. The sites were great, lots of trees for privacy and a nice walking path/road. It is not far to the beach for fishing and swimming.

Clean facility. The bathroom by the dumb station is in excellent shape and convenient to wash hands after dumb station. Host were very on task. They made themselves seen frequently.

This is one place that makes our list of places to stay every year! Spacious sites, great access, very nice bathrooms and showers PLUS fishing on Gull Lake! The staff is super friendly as well.

Sites and entire campground were very clean. We had the ranger stop in to visit and pass out campground information. We also had firewood delivered to our campsite.

stayed at site 20 on sept 9th to sept 12th and it was the worst camping experince my wife and I have ever had. There was construction going on right behind our campsite from 7am to 7pm every day we were there, 100 FEET AWAY and was very LOUD. If i would have known we would not have come, why was this not posted on your website? My wife and i have camped there for many years, not sure about coming back..
