The campground is kept immaculate by the volunteers. One of them told my hubby that they want to have each new camper that comes in feel like they are the first ones ever to stay there. They have a box at each campsite that has your vehicle tag, brochure and firewood information in it, which is convenient. There was a change since we were here a couple years ago, and a new road was built is right along the edge of the campground. The noise was noticeable with large vehicles "jake braking", motorcycles and just traffic in general. I am guessing it was changed to decrease the amount of traffic over the one lane bridge when the park had the North Entrance open too. That road and subsequent noise is the reason I did not give the park a 5 star score.

We just stayed overnight in the campground but enjoyed walking over to the park area and looking at the lake and the birds. Campsite was level and very neat.

Clean facility. The bathroom by the dumb station is in excellent shape and convenient to wash hands after dumb station. Host were very on task. They made themselves seen frequently.

Sites are large and facilities very clean. Mostly RV patrons and very few tent campers but I was able to use the electric to charge my phone

Very accessable...wishing for better place to leave boat in water overnight while in campground

Site was clean and private. Bathrooms were clean and campground was quiet. Used the boat landing a number of times to fish Gull Lake.

Quiet, peaceful smaller campground. Many sites are spacious and have a fair amount of privacy. It's just a short drive over the one-lane bridge to the enjoy the beach and day-use park on Gull Lake.

Nice park with good separation between sites.

Very nice campground. Had electricity and a dump station. You do have to buy your weeks from them or have certified wood. The campsite was very clean and groomed. Camp hosts are helpful and friendly. Was quiet the night we were there and it was very full. Did not enjoy the lake and area, as only traveling through for the night. Hope to go back in the future and stay longer.

We come back twice a year, every year. Great fishing and best camping.
