Cross Lake Rec Area in Crow Wing County is located 1 hr 41 min north of St. Cloud, MN with an elevation of 1,232 feet. There are a total of 122 campsites including 6 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to mid October. 116 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 22 and 100 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 12 sites have electric and water hookups. 86 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $22.00 to $36.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, floating sports.

It's a great campground. Very safe for kids to walk and ride bikes around. Close to the must-visit ice cream store!

Love this place so much! My first time going there and I was surprised. Super clean. The spots were well spaced out. The bathrooms are super clean and the water in the showers was really hot. What a beautiful place super close to the city.

I try to stay here every year because the campground is quiet, beautiful, shady and well taken care of. There are many campground roads and trails to explore including those around the lake area. The shops are also very easy to walk to from the campground and there is a lot of variety of them including a mini golf course, ice cream shop, grocery store and restaurants. I would highly recommend this campground!

We were there towards the end of the season. There was only a handful of campers. It was pleasantly better than I had anticipated. We will be back.

Campground has many beneficial features! Love the docks for campers, proximity to amenities, there is not a bad camping spot! It would be super cool if they update the showers and clean the bath fans. As popular as this campground is, its much needed and the funding should be there for these updates!

Overall a great park! Very clean. Lots to do in the area. We love camping here. The rangers are present and very friendly. The only negative is the unfriendly office staff. No smiles. No friendly chit chat.

Crosslake campground is in the heart of Lake country on the beautiful White Fish Chain. The campsites are all well kept, a good space apart, and filled with the beauty of the true Up North appeal! Also, close to the amenities, restaurants, and lovely shops in town. It's always been one of my MN favorite spots!!

The campsite was sloped so much we didnt have enough blocking to level, but otherwise the campground was very nice, close to town but not noisy.
