Remote, quiet campground (at least in October) with nice spots with big trees.

One of the two toilets was broken. Water in bathroom sink was also broken. I pointed these out to the ranger on the first day of our 4-day visit but nothing was done. Campground itself was very pleasant but the broken bathroom facilities was really unfortunate.

The site fit perfectly for our 30ft Class C motorhome and Jeep. And clise to the restrooms - when I found it the next morning. What woyld be helpful is a solar powered light to see where the restrooms are in the dark.Let me also give a shout out to the two rangers that were on site. Though my son's 40ft motorhome would have fit in site 71, getting out of the park woyld have been impossible. The two rangers worked wirh him to get another site that he could back into, then drive out at checkout time. Great customer service. I wish I had their names.

This site is close to the river and at night you will hear the water running. It's so beautiful and peaceful. Site 20 seems more remote if you'd like more privacy. Also, other campers will somewhat walk near/through the site to get to the river so if you're not into that then maybe don't reserve these spots.

This campground is well kept, and facilities were clean. We loved that it is set along the Kings River and has close easy access to hiking trails.

Kings Canyon is the quite gem of the National Park System. It will be even better when Kings Sequoia Park Service Management open all the campgrounds in the valley and most importantly open some percentage of sites to FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

We had an amazing experience at this campground and cant wait to come back next year! The sites are spacious and private, which made for a peaceful stay. We even had a visit from a few curious bear cubs, which was such a memorable surprise. It was a chilly weekend when we went, so were excited to return in the summer to enjoy the water. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

The hike to Mist Falls is a life changing experience.

Beautiful campgrounds, sites spaced out nicely instead of right next to one another. Site 53 is shaded with big trees and is next to the meadows. Mama bear and two cubs visited our site at 10pm. We didn't have any food sitting out, so we weren't concerned. Neighbors, however, were freaked out and honked their horns for over 15 mins!

A fantastic place to sleep under the cedars. Great bathrooms, sites, and location is quite beautiful. Close to the market, showers, etc as well.

This site is between two restrooms, the site is big and shaded. Sentinel campground is a good choice for beginners as you have a convenient store nearby in case you forget anything.

The campground is in a beautiful setting near a river and amongst mature trees. There is very good privacy with ample distance between the camp sites. The toilets are basic but functional and there was a good set-up for doing dishes. Be sure to use the bear lockers. There was a black bear in the campground one night.

It was nice to be close to Roads End for the start of our backpacking trip. Sentinel was nice, quiet, clean.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
