Baileys Point Campground in Allen County is located 42 min east of Bowling Green, KY with an elevation of 560 feet. There are a total of 216 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid April to the end of October. 215 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 20 and 107 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 159 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. 9 sites have water hookups. Fees range from $18.00 to $50.00. Some amenities include dump station, boat ramp, swimming, amphitheater. Activities include hiking trails.

We really enjoyed camping here for the first time with family. We stayed at site B23. This was a fairly level gravel site with an amazing view. Our family members stayed at site B40. Their site was a pull through, but was insanely un-level. Overall its a really nice campground. We scoped the place for the best sites and will be back!

This location was ideal, close to a body of water, easy to see a sunrise and sunset. Restrooms are a bit spread out, all amenities mentioned are in description.

We paid for two nights on an electric site and camping with a tent. Check in time was not until five which left us hardly any time to set up. The picture of the site looked somewhat level but when we arrive it was a steep hill. We ended up putting our tent up at the bottom of the hill but it was next to a drainage ditch and rain was coming. Our electric hook up box was not usable. My husband has a c-pap so i was up all night the first night watching him. Next morning we checked the box and it looked like it had been shorted out with black marks around the plug. I tried three times on Saturday to catch the park attendant and they were not in the booth or in their trailer. Because of safety reasons, we packed up and left and di not stay the second night. It would be nice if i could get a refund for the second night. I was very disappoint with this visit and will not be back.

While i had a good experience, i just wish i would have had a little more information about my site selection (B-50). Being a pull through, non-electric site, i figured it would be good for tent camping. It would have been if there was room for a tent. I was able to squeeze onto the pad between the table and the fire pit. There was one spot that was semi level in the grass that might have worked, but a very tall tree that had two dead limbs (widow makers), near the top and winds expected, i deferred from that location. Wasnt able to get a lot of sleep between a very loud barking dog on one side and two active young boys on the other that started their days before sun up. I understand that that is just part of any camp, so I can handle that. Otherwise I thought the camp was clean and shower houses in above average shape.

Bailey's Point is beautiful. We stayed in F and were able to go down to the water. Weather was beautiful!

Its a beautiful park with reasonably spaced campsites. New concrete slabs were poured at most sites that easily accommodated my 36 motorhome and Jeep, The only downside, the road through the campground was a bit tight and could use some improvement, but dont let that stop you!!!

There is great deal of additional maintenance needed at the campground. The bathrooms have not been fully cleaned all season. They are filthy.

Very beautiful place. We were in loop E. I would recommend this loop for smaller campers as the turns are extremely tight and at 43 feet, we nearly didn't make it (my husband is excellent at maneuvering--been doing it for years). Peaceful and relaxing!

First it was a beautiful view!Second I didnt realize they did not have a hook up for waste water.Most importantly you cant reach anyone by phone if you have a problem.Also you cant reach a host either.There should be a fast and easy way to reach someone for help by phone.

Bailys point is our favorite campground close to home. We camped there several time a year when our kids were little. Unfortunately, its not as clean and well kept as it used to be but its still a beautiful campground host. The campground attendants are very kind and have always answered all questions we have had.

Wash house for C loop was filled with cobwebs and bugs. People were circling constantly in golf carts. Nature trail was not maintained or walkable.

Overall, it was a good camping trip. The complaints I have are bathrooms not cleaned very often, the hours for the employees should be longer, also would like to have laundry facilities back.

Great location ,but not up to par as other corp of engineer properties . Grass cutting and restroom maintenance sadly lacking ..
