Stay was nice but ground maintenance was a lot to be desired. Large areas were overgrown in D and E areas. Staff was all nice and friendly, and bathhouses were clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at Baileys Point. Most sites have great views of the lake. The swimming and kayaking was great! The people were very friendly. The water and electric hook ups at some sites could have been designed better. My electric was at one of my site and water at the other and it took 2 hoses to reach. But it was doable.

Quiet, spacious campground on the edge of the lake. A loop offered very spacious sites that were easy to get in/out of. We stayed on A3 and would pick this site again. Bathrooms were adequate - what you would expect with a COE park.

We had a great time at Baileys Point. The campground is very clean. The bathrooms and shower houses are very clean. All the people are very friendly. We will visit again.

Folks should know to bring a minimum 50 foot water hose. Many of the water spickets are a ways from the campsite.

There is no management anymore. Bathrooms not cleaned regularly. Clean up crew non existentant. People park anywhere. Going down hill quickly.

Need to pay more attention to the facilities. We were there 11 days and the bathrooms were only cleaned once, and that's because we had to call about them. The volunteer hosts were awesome and so very friendly.

Love Baileys point!(Only down side this visit: NEVER saw anyone clean the restrooms. They have always been kept so clean. It was very sad)

The camping spot was large and shady. Easy to access. The campground deserves a 5, but it said to rate our stay. The weather was hot and humid, most of the sites hadnt been mowed recently, thus causing a plethora of bugs. The lake had flooded most of the docks and a lot of campsites during the late winter and all spring. In their defense, they had a huge job just cleaning up enough to get campers and boats back to the lake. I would definitely stay again because we love the lake! Affordable, close to whatever you need, lots of playgrounds for the kids. Our site had a shared water source, but no one was in the other campsite. No sewage hookup, but dump stations are conveniently placed around the campground, and there are quite a few restrooms and shower houses. 4.5 out of 5 for our stay

The property has declined greatly over the past 3-4 years.

The last two times we have stay at Baileys point the grass had not been mowed and the campground did not look as nice as normal. They were doing some mowing while we were there but many places were over 12 tall

Baileys Point is an absolutely gorgeous campground. It saddens me to see it fall into such disrepair. We go there often because our in-laws have a boat stored there. The campsites store has been closed for the past three years. More often than not we have issues with our electric. Imagine coming in from a long day at the lake only to find your power is off. The campsites are becoming overgrown with weeds. Grass is only mowed every 2-3 weeks. Such a shame because it truly is a gem. I can only hope that it will be given the attention it needs and deserves.

Great place to camp. However doing a poor job keeping grounds mowed. Volunteer host are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in site D5, the site is pull through yet you need to pull in backwards. If pulling out there is a small tree that will make getting out tough so we backed out. The site is very shady and pulling in backwards allows for more privacy.

Love the sites the lake is a perfect size for swimming, boating, and fishing. The water is very clear.

Been camping here for many years and it seems that it has gone down a bit as far as maintenance- for instance only 1 working shower in the mens and womens bathroom in area D- they both are missing shower heads! Also dedicated swimming areas used to be marked as such with signs indicating no boats past this point- what happens is you get the perfect lot in what is a great place to swim only to find several boats parked in your beach area

This is my favorite place. Disappointed this year about all the trees they removed up by C Bathouse. Now all the nature paths are blocked by the dead cut down trees. Grass was really long, and the bathhouse wasn't cleaned on a regular basis. Seems like its gone down hill in the last few years. Volunteers were really nice.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
