Camp site was well maintained and ready for us upon arrival. The restrooms were clean and had nice flush toilets and nice wash basin. Overall a very nice campsite and experience - will definitely stay there again next time we have a multiday fishing trip.

Pretty area. Wide open. Beautiful views. Great for boating and fishing in Blue Mesa reservoir. Close to highway but not terribly noisy.

Great place, no water just electric. Very pretty spot. Trails and wildlife. Dump station had cut hose. Wash down spot for motor craft and inspection. Nice bathrooms. Stayed 1 night. Will go back again. 45ft 5th wheel 50amp.

Loved it! We had a walk-in tent site only, it was great for the space but quite a distance to walk to the toilets (with little kids). Was fine given summer already and pretty warm/hot. Loved the access to two beachy areas - 1 a short driving distance, the other a little trek through the brush (can also drive outside of the campground). Our girls loved the National Park Rangers putting on talks and being able to look through a telescope. And they loved becoming Jr. Rangers.

Beautiful place. Easy access. Busy but very quiet at night and morning. Clean bathrooms. Water available and great presentations by park rangers!

Bathrooms and site were clean. Not much shade to speak of, but AMAZING sunset views!

No water in the campsite, but there is drinking water adjacent to the RV Dumping station so fill-up your water tanks before rolling-into camp! No shade, so bring a canopy. We stayed for the last 3 nights this week and each afternoon it was very windy with wind gusts up to 20 mph, so if you bring a canopy - be sure to secure it well or drop-it to the ground when you leave camp. Campsite is ~100 yards away from the highway, so if youre tent camping may notice highway noise at night. Clean restroom with flushing toilets but no showers very close by, (~50 feet away). Verizon has good (3~4 bars of service) but T-Mobile doesnt have any service so plan accordingly. Only received 20 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds on the Starlink Mini.We enjoyed our stay and visited both the north and the south rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, which is well worth the drive! We preferred the views from the north rim and there are fewer people, so parking was not attractive all a problem as it was on the south rim. If you decide to go, be sure to fill-up your car with gas at nearby Gunnison because gas stations are few and far between once you leave the campground and drive towards the Black Canyon.

This is the single best site in the entire campground, especially for a tent user. It is the only site with a good patch of shade for most of the day. If you have a small tent, it will good under the tree in the shade patch. I stayed in the summer and had shade from 8am to 6pm, and the table is in the shade after 4.

Great view from the site. It is a bit of a walk from the parking lot so I was glad I had my wagon to transport stuff. Good cell phone signal. Restrooms were very clean.

We had site A4 and it just fit our Wawona 6 with the vestibule up. We found the bathrooms to be clean and the site pretty well maintained. We had T-Mobile so there was no signal (good lol). We couldnt find a well defined path to the little beach from the campground so we spent the day at Bay of Chickens. Even with a really busy weekend it was still peaceful.

Beautiful views, well kept, decent site sizes, and clean. Sites are not shaded so bring a shade tent. Beach access requires a short drive. No showers. Very friendly and fabulous Ranger program. Will be back!

Rangers were very informative and helpful. Was much appreciated since we are fairly new to camping in federal campgrounds. The only criticism (which cant be remedied) is the water at the spigots. Tasted pretty bad so would advise having your own drinking water.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
