Quaint campground the camp host was very friendly. Would recommend for a quick night out somewhere different.

Great campground, our site had a ton of privacy, surrounded by bushes. Had a great time. Not a lot to do on-site but nice and relaxing. Good bathrooms and water access.

Ok but lack of maintenance is present every where, Do realize lack of Campground help is evident

Wonderful site! Tucked away from the others, while easy access to the bathroom and water spigot. Low ant/bugs visible. Easy to get to the main road or to cross across the street for hiking trails. Will book this specific site again

We had a great experience at this campsite! Our site was one of the most shaded in the campground, which made a huge difference, especially during the warmer parts of the day. It was also very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and not feel crowded. One of the most convenient features was the water spigot located right in front of our site. The restroom was also very close by, which was especially helpful with kids. The restrooms here were by far the cleanest weve seen at any campground. They were consistently well-maintained and always stocked with toilet paper. This campsite is also great for families. We have two young kids, and it felt safe, comfortable, and easy to navigate with them. We also had the chance to meet Rick, the groundskeeper, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Its clear he takes pride in keeping the campground in great shape.

Site 42 was really nice! Shaded, next to the amphitheater, and a close enough walk to the bathroom.

Convenient CG, right off Hwy 79. Many relatively private sites, often with shade

Cute little campground on the east side of Palomar Mt. In March it was very green with grass and flowers. Daytime was hot so getting a campsite with a tree is critical. Overall this is a great spot for a laid back trip outside.

Spend two nights there. Very quiet and not busy at all. Dry camped with a small trailer. Did not use bathrooms but the spaces are large and some have a very private feel.

Great campground with toilets, fresh water and little cell service. Many sites private/enclosed

Great campsite. A lot of open space and some tree cover. 2 park benches and 1 fire pit. Next to restrooms and running water. Car space can fit up to 5 cars. Heard coyotes in the night but were not on the campground.

Great campground, especially since we're local and only about 40 minutes away. The small community center next door sometimes has flea markets. Garage79 is only a few minutes away and has great beer and food.

Camp ground is completely run down and unkept. The fire pits were unusable due to it being so over filled with ash. The bathrooms were horrible. The people we also experienced had no regard for others in being quiet after 10pm, they were so loud throughout the night until 2am. We had plans to stay over a 4 day weekend and it quickly changed to just over night.

I have been to this campground before, and it was a pleasant experience; however, this time it was a bit discouraging since the place was closed when we arrived, and no one informed us about it. It would have been great to know that the place would be closed in advance.

We were on the Ribbonwood loop (I don't remember which exact site) but this campground is wonderful overall. The bathrooms were maintained and always had toilet paper, and the sites were clearly marked and maintained. We did have fire ants at our campsite which was unfortunate, and our parking spot had so many anthills (of other kinds of ants) that we had to hop from foot to foot so no one hitched a ride. However, camping is outside, and there are bugs outside! You can hear the highway from the campground, as well as the moos of the cattle next door. There's a store for ice/food/supplies a couple of minutes down the road from the campground too. Overall would stay there again!

I was really looking forward to camping at this location this Labor Day weekend. However, when we arrived at the campground, there were ant hills everywhere on the campsites. I booked 2, 45 and 48. Both campsites were swarmed with ants. I tried walking around other unoccupied campsites and it had the same issue. We thought it would calm down after a few hours, or once it got cooler but even after 4 hours, ants still swarmed the tables, our legs, our dogs and our tents. It was uninhabitable. We left after being there for only 4 hours the first day.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
