Nice shaded campground. Paved roads and wide parking spurs. Most spots I saw will easily accommodate a 30 RV, though some spots may be difficult to get anything that long or longer into, especially if not an articulated trailer/tow vehicle. Spots are large with good space between everyone. Camp hosts were very nice and helpful. T-mobile service bounced between 2 bars of LTE and 3 bars of 5G. We were always able to stream TV for the kids at night without issues. The lake is right across the main (10 mph) road from the campground. It has a boat launch and an area to tie up many boats. There is no dock and there is very limited beach area that had mud with the consistency of quick sand once in the shallow water. Its not a great splash around and swim area for kids. Its better suited for boats, kayaks, paddle boards etc.One thing of note is the water spigots are hand pump. There is no running water on this side of the lake, even at the camp host spot. We were hoping to use our 200 of hose and a water bandit to grab water to fill our fresh water tank, but instead had to pump filtered water into a portable bladder at the boat launch across from the campground.

It was good for my father 90th bday party the camp host helped us a lot one thing that upset me was after 25 yes 25 years of coming to pburg bay camp ground this is the worst the toilets have been. All were full and unsanitary other people we talked to said when they called pburg station theywere told that they were clean out . I guess you you cant believe that person in that station . We it stop us from coming no way BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO Stacey Doney

We loved our one night at this campsite. We were one of the only sites doing tent camping, and most others had RVs, but the site was still peaceful. My only complaint was the mosquitoes! Three weeks on the road with no bites but left this campground with quite a few. Hope to be back :)

14 years of camping and we always look forward to another year!! Don't miss the shops in Phillipsburg! Great unique gifts and edible goodies to enjoy! Also, a stop by the museum provides a delightful look at the past of this historic town. Plan for changeable weather! Layer, layer, and don't forget sunscreen and a heavier blanket. Wear shorts? Brind them! We always find out Little Buddy propane heater a great friend for cool mornings and evenings.Dog owner? Look at Rainbow Bay for a canine swim and exploratory run. Be aware of fisher folks on the banks and near shore. Dogs can disrupt a fine fishing afternoon.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
