Love this site it is very beautiful. A bit tricky to back into but once you get there its totally worth it! Quite campground and the Park Rangers came around often and were very nice.

I have been camping at Waveland park since I was a young child. Our family always enjoys our time together at the park. We feel fortunate to have a beautiful place so close to home.

I did not have any water at camp site but was given a refund for one night. The grass was very high, or I should say weeds. Bathrooms were clean Did see a few teens or young adults that was driving too fast. I get that is something you will have everywhere

One of the best views at the campground huge private space. Constant breeze and decent cell service.

I stayed on site 6 at Waveland. I enjoyed the site for it's privacy. It faces the sunsets looking westward, and although that is a benefit, it also gets the full strength of winds coming in from the west. If you are a tent camper like myself, beware of any incoming lines of storms.

The best place ever to go as a couple or hang out with family and friends. People there are like family to us. Very clean and safe and very beautiful!

Because of recent storms, the site we originally booked was under water and we had to be moved. The new site put us up on the hill and not ideal for a big rig. The road is narrow as are the sites and they are just barely long enough for a 35 motorhome, with little space left for a tow vehicle. In fact, we had to move our tow vehicle so the campers across from us could get into their site.The sites are on top of each other, with a few that youre practically sharing space with your neighbor. And as typical in most COE parks, there is no signage indicating what way you need to go to get to a specific site.The bathrooms however are very clean and kept clean on a regular basis.

Really nice campground. Clean restrooms, easy dump station, great scenery and would be awesome for a fall camp site.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waveland Park, beautiful, peaceful and quiet! Only issue I had was the fact the water connect was so far from our RV. Had to go back to town to get additional hose, maybe should put that info in the camping spot description!

Always love our stays in Waveland Park. We stayed in #17, pad was level but a bit of a trick to get into during winter months when most of park is closed. Water at this site is down a pretty steep bank so it requires a long water hose and good knees to get it hooked up.

Nice campground, quiet and reasonably priced. Enjoyed our stay.

Bathrooms were very clean. Everything worked. I wish this campground was closer to home. Consider installing fishing docks for those with no boat.

Very nice park, lots of room to get into site. We needed to lift the right side quite a bit to get level, and that, coupled with a drop-off from the pad to picnic table, meant it was a distance from the bottom step to a narrow strip of ground - a few more years, and I wouldn't be able to get in and out of the trailer. However, the view of the lake was lovely, and the sites were well-spaced. We were recommended this site by the very helpful ranger on duty, and I appreciate that. I'll bring a stepstool next time. Had a bit of trouble finding the site because the map on the recreation.gov app is inaccurate, and the paper map at the entry booth is obscured by a big "Burn Ban" sticker on the window. Still, all part of the adventure. The park was quiet, and most of the sites near us were occupied by tents. We camped at Waveland Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Amazing bathroom facilities! Easily the cleanest I've ever been to while camping. The showers had great pressure and a good temperature. Park staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful park, clean and well kept. We were in site #11. For this site you will need 80 foot of rv water hose to connect to the nearest water connection.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
