Denby Point Campground is located in the Womble Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest (41 min west of Hot Springs, AR) with an elevation of 601 feet. There are a total of 67 campsites including 9 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 58 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 30 and 70 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 56 sites have electric and water hookups. 11 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $65.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Beautiful campsite. Loop A has wonderful views, and the sites are a good size and are well spaced apart. There is good shade and the Verizon cell reception is great. There are no showers in Loop A. Had to use the showers in Loop B. The bathrooms and showers are rather old and there were quite a number of mosquitos and bugs in the shower stalls. There is a nice swimming area in Loop B.

Directions were easy to follow, and check-in was a breeze. Our site was peaceful, quiet, and truly beautifuloverlooking the lake with a serene forest behind us. The kids loved swimming and fishing in the nearby cove, and the evenings felt magical with fireflies flickering around us as we roasted marshmallows by the fire. A perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature. Highly recommend

We love Denby Point at Lake Ouachita. It is the most beautiful place in Arkansas. We go every year for 12 days at a time in June, July & August.

Nice wooded area. Really close to the bathrooms. Large spot. Not close to the water. When raining it is mostly in standing water, but otherwise it is a nice spot.

the road out to Section A is horrible, needs a lot of work.Nice quiet section of the part and boat access on shore, nice deep lots.

Love the atmosphere, quiet camping areas mostly, access to lake from campsite, excellent camp host( Steve & Gloria). We are frequent visitors there.

Denby point is beautiful with access right down to the lake from our camp. The grounds were kept pretty clean. The circuit breaker kept popping after running our AC for a bit. The spaces are large.

I have lived in this area my whole life..campgrounds are not maintained the way they used to be. There was 2 dead trees that will eventually fall on someone's camper. That was just in my site!! It's a shame the Corp has let all the campgrounds fall into disrepair. I love Lake Ouachita--

Beautiful, quiet, clean and good cell service. Site 4 is sunny (next door site 6 is shady) but you cant beat the view!

Very nice area with a nice view, room between sites and mowed grass. We had a nice view and even had a Bald Eagle land very close to us! The only negative was that the foundation was not repaired as promised last year. There is a large root going across the pad so it makes it difficult getting in the right spot to avoid a tire or stabilizer on it.

I love this area. The sites are spacious and shady, and the bathhouse is well maintained. There are several persimmon trees in the area, which attract the deer in the late summer and early fall. There is also a large pine tree near the lake that a bald eagle perches in periodically. The only issue we had is that ants are everywhere. They are making nests around tree roots, which worries me for the health of the trees.

The weather turned bad we was under tornado warning and I didnt want to be in a tent in weather like that so I cancelled and they charged me $34 cancellation fee so I got $14 back I tried to change our reservation but it wouldnt let me weve stayed there before and its a really nice place but Im not happy with the fees they charge because of the weather

Beautiful sunset spot! Not a lot of level ground but overall, very nice. Bathrooms and showers were well maintained and within walking distance of this spot.

The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. We also appreciated the park facilities team was going through every morning to pick up the trash from the containers and to put in new trash bags. It's a beautiful park! Great location for seeing several sites (i.e. Hot Springs, Crater Diamond Park, etc.)

Very nice campground. We stayed in loop A and it was perfect for us. Quiet, nice spacing between sites. All utilities worked as they should. We look forward to a return.
