The main shower houses are deplorable, absolutely disgusting and in dire need of refurbishment. The shower house at the loop has received a poorly done repaint by inmates. The shower control knobs are broken and it too could use a complete refurb.

I picked #31 due to its location to the upper shower and bathrooms. I arrived on a Tuesday night...set up camp and was able to use the shower. The next three days...the shower and bathroom were closed. I am not sure why...because on Saturday morning when I was packing up to leave...they were open again. This took a start away. Otherwise...great spot.

Beautiful, well kept campground. We always love staying here. Great trout fishing in the Norfork river.

It was a pleasant quiet place to camp. Lots of room between sites. Bathrooms not that well kept.

We stayed on site #35. Close to the restrooms.The site was adveritsed as "shaded" and this was not the case. Six trees have been cut within the last 3 years and the photos have not been updated. The site is under the direct sunlight. Not shaded.The restrooms were not cleaned for the first week we were there. The Park Attendant claimed it wasn't their job, Park Rangers said it wasn't theirs. We were told there was a new contract in place with a cleaning company but it had not started yet. If a Park can't keep their restrooms clean when they have lots of people using them, they aren't worth the price they are charging.

Bathrooms need attention but otherwise love the campground

I will return this camp ground whenever I visit Mount Home. The location and views are unbelievable. My only problem was that I would like to see the restrooms a little cleaner, I would agree that it needs to start with the campers picking up and cleanup after themselves.Thanks,Roy

This review is not a reflection on the park staff. It is a reflection of SOME of the people who use the park and seem to come to turn their children loose without supervision thus allowing them to wreck havok on the park facilities. We stayed 6 nights and for those days SOMEONE stipped all the toilet paper, liquid soap and the wall mounted soap dispenser while trashing each of the stalls including SOMEONE using one of the stalls and it's shower drain as a dispositatory for their human waste in the drain. This has to stop, even if the shower facilities are changed to a "pay to use" system. I have been using this park for over 50 years and in those years people have changed but the park staff has always done their best to clean up and fix the things that have been trashed or broken. I commend them for their efforts.Thanks to them we have a park system to use and enjoy. Shame on those few that tear up and deface our park systems.

Bathrooms were filthy. I had to clean the toilet just to use it. Trash hadn't been changed in a long time and reaked. Didn't use the showers because of the dirtiness.

We stay here every year and its always nice and well maintained, but this year it was not. The grounds and restrooms were not being maintained and it got pretty bad.

Great experience. Nice camp sites. Wasn't as clean as years past but overall no complaints at all.

The CoE needs to return to paid staff at the park. Some restrooms were not opened which can be used during stroms. The park is not as clean as it used to be in the past. Still a good place to camp. The Camp Host were outstanding and very helpful to the campers.

This campground is beautiful. Our site was 45+ feet long. We had plenty of room for our motor home and enclosed trailer. The site was clean. It looks like the roads were all just resealed/ paved. I brought a motorcycle and there are some fantastic roads to ride all around the campground.

Nice peaceful place with nice waterfront sites! But as with most Arkansas COEs the showers are not great!

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
