Great site along the river front. Site is large with lots of space to enjoy being outside. Site is level. It is across the street from the bath house with private suite style bathrooms. Very minimal AT&T service.

Enjoyed our stay in a different site this time overlooking the River. The scenery was awesome! We had several hours each day of minimum flow and the fishing was great.

A very quaint beautiful park we have stayed at several times.
Michelle, the camp host, was extremely helpful with a mistake made on Recreation.gov.
She was very knowledgeable in on the many sites to see in the surrounding area.

Rest rooms were used by many people that were non campers and left trashy and filthy with no toilet paper.

They only had one restroom with showers open on the west side; on stall/door open on the east side. It was very nasty the east side one. The contractors that mow was on Wednesday and they mow our site spitting out grass onto our vehicle and trailer, plus weed eating ! Very noise that morning. Also you need to have a handicap place for the the ones in wheel chairs or cant climb down to the river to fish. The rocks are so slippery and hard for one using a cane/walking stick to river to fish. Would be nice if those are less fortunate to be able to fish.

It's a beautiful campground, well kept up. We camped with family. We had sites 12 and 13 which overlooked the river. Very peaceful

Well run and maintained campground. Camp hosts did a lot of work over the winter clearing the brush by the river banks. Very nice! Great spot to hit the Sowbug Roundup in the morning and fish in the afternoon.

Size of sites was great. The two women I had contact with in the office were extremely helpful and friendly. The showers were very nice as well.

We love Dam-Quarry BUT the folks who clean the bathrooms do a terrible job. We were in spot 13, right across from the older bathrooms and one day they spent less than 15 minutes cleaning all of them. Some days we never saw them come at all. The main handicap bathroom had poop smeared all over the side for two days. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay there.

I am new to the area. The camp hosts (Mr. and Mrs. Volk) were excellent. They did much more than just take my fees. They helped me change my campsite to one that I preferred. The entire campground was pristine clean. Clean water, showers and restrooms were close and available. Fees were reasonable. Quality trout fishing was only a few yards away. The marina and boat launch for lake Norfolk was less than a mile away for bass fishing.If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be for a wheelchair accessible dock. I am okay, but I know others that are not. I would also recommend a fish cleaning station. Cleaning fish in the river is handy, but promotes the growth of air guzzling, tackle stealing grasses.

The site we were in had a beautiful view of the river. There were a pair of bald eagles that occasionally came by to fish in the river, and would sit in a tree near our site, or in the trees on the other side of the river. To see one swoop down, and catch a fish, was a thrilling sight.

Awesome camping experience! This was our first time at this particular campground. Beautiful setting and the grounds and campsites are immaculate. The restrooms/showers are very clean. The Staff is very helpful and courteous. Many sites to see in this area, especially the Hatchery and the massive Trout up and down Dry Creek Run. Little town of Norfork is a must see!

We had never stayed at the quarry campsite before and was very well pleased. It was very well maintained and very clean the site is very beautiful and a great place to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beauty of the river
