This campground is beautiful. Our site was 45+ feet long. We had plenty of room for our motor home and enclosed trailer. The site was clean. It looks like the roads were all just resealed/ paved. I brought a motorcycle and there are some fantastic roads to ride all around the campground.

Site 20 has a long driveway. It is level with a slight slant downward at the back of the driveway. There is a large tree nearby, which provides shade during some parts of the day. This site does not have a weather-protected, covered picnic table. The grass was mowed to 25 feet back, away from this site, but was 2 ft high going into the area between two campgrounds. Site 20 is across from a small parking area near a small deck, so if you want to sleep in, make sure to bring earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones. The fishermen get excited in the morning and will wake you up. The bathrooms/showers are together and have air conditioning, which is nice when it's 90 degrees outside. Bring shower shoes. The hill going into the river has loose rocks, I recommend sturdy shoes. If you are allergic to poison ivy, make sure you know what it looks like. It is mixed in with the other ground plants. This site is about a 5-minute walk to the bathroom. I had a tent and the tent pad is level and large enough for an 8-10 person tent. It would be a great spot for a RV since it's level.

The bath house is in terrible condition and is in need of a complete remodeling. The campsite fire rings are not maintained and the grass is not mowed frequently. I have been visiting this campground since the 1990s and it was one of my favorites. Complaints to the Norfork Lake Field Office in Mountain Home by the camp host are not addressed by management.

Easy access to the river , park was clean and grass was well maintained. The office attendant was really friendly when we arrived. Fish and wildlife officers had a presence at the ramps , and park attendant patrolled the campground which added a sense of security for our RV when we where not on property. This is one of Arkansass top 3 campgrounds in our opinion

This was my first time to Quarry Dam campground. I found the hosts both friendly and helpful. The campsites were very nice, with a lot of grass, and room behind the site. I definitely would go back again

This is a nice little park along the river with pretty good river access from most sites and excellent access from some. We had a no shade site during a bad heat wave. We didn't know until the last day that we could have switched to a shaded site that is non-reservable and empty. I wish the hosts had told us that when we checked in.
