Was very happy with our stay at Crane Flat! Bathrooms were clean and althought a large campground we didn't feel as crammed in as we did when we stayed in the valley of Yosemite. Since it's higher elevation it was also cooler. Definitely recommend!

I did find one of the volunteers extremely narrowed minded about camp fires. We had a log that -although it was bigger than normal- burning within the iron circle and he and his wife wanted to reports us to the fire Marshall when at that time there were several fires (big ones) around the area. He called for a fire unit to come to our camping site. Obviously, he never got a response because they were extremely busy with a real fire. We followed his requirements to put out the log but, which we did and then, he forced us to completely put out the rest of the fire. It was not necessary and it was weird. We believe he overstepped his authority and made us very uncomfortable. Other than that, we appreciated the campground and were lucky enough to not seeing him again.

Very new and clean campground in the woods. Some mosquitoes. No soap on toilets.

The campground was clean and quiet and close to things but our tent trailer had to be parked along the road and down an embankment from the table and firepit. Very tight and inconvenient.

Good location whether you're going into the Valley or along 120 for a day hike. Clean campground and bathrooms. A lot of spots have a decent incline though so something to be aware of or no worries if you're in a tent!

Site was nice and clean, just very tiny and in short proximity to other sites. All sites around site 421 were tiny and close to each other. Bathrooms were clean. Just be prepared for limited privacy.

The location was great and exactly as expected. The site, including the bear locker and picnic table were clean. There is a very clean bathroom nearby. Stairs are required to access from this site. There is no soap, hand sanitizer or paper towels in the bathroom, so bring what you need. It is always amazing to wake up under the redwoods in Yosemite!

Parking was confusing at night. No clear signs

Campground was kept super clean and the host are super friendly and informative. Only thing folks should be aware of is the incline. Not a big deal just gotta be careful with taking things up and down the parking spot.

Thanks to the people that make it possible to camp in such a beautiful spot, we had a wonderful time. The ranger who checked us in recommended Tenaya Lake, which we didn't know about and was a highlight for us. Thanks!

When I arrived, someone was in my site and the camp hosts were off duty for the evening so I was left without a campsite.

Beautiful and peaceful campground about 30 minutes from the Valley and 60 min from Tuolomne Meadows or Glacier Point. Great place to stay if you want to explore it all.

It was so nice to find a place to stay inside the park, with dates matching our Half Dome permit, on short notice! . Our campground was perfect with a short drive to the valley floor. We would absolutely stay here again!

The campground is beautiful and the sites are really well sized! Bathroom was very clean. The only downside was that we had some very loud neighbors.

A great alternative to camping in the Valley. We loved it! Beautiful and spacious! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this campground, it was so quiet and peaceful. Camping areas and bathrooms were clean. It was around 35 mins from yosemite valley, the ride there and back had beautiful views! Theres also a gas station outside of the campground and the Tuolumne Grove trailhead which I loved. I would definitely stay there again.

Interesting terraced sites in hilly campground. Not much privacy between sites. Campground is in a good spot for drives into Yosemite Valley or on Tioga Road.

Great campground. Nice, clean, but missing freshwater toilets.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
