We camped there a few times last year and it was beautiful, very well kept up with. However, we camped there last weekend and I was VERY disappointed. There was NO maintenance done what so ever. There was dried weeds about 3ft long with thorns, many MaNy red ants . The gate is no longer there so the privacy is no longer there, we had a few random people get in while we were there. Many trees were cut down so there is a lot of bark and logs everywhere, absolutely no shade anymore.

Just a nice stop over place. The person working the booth was extremely nice.

This park needs ALOT of work. It has had sewer problems for years and has never been fixed completely. This time there was no water ,no bathrooms, no dump station. The electrical boxes are in bad shape. Alot of the covers are missing. The camp sites need to be gravelled. Alot of the sites are full of dead weeds. This use to be one of our favorite corps parks, but not anymore. It has always been a good place for walking, biking, and fishing. That is still good, but the accommodations need to be upgraded.

The stay was great. The no water situation was not so great. I hope it gets repaired soon.

It's a nice campground but we were alerted at the last minute that there wouldn't be any water. We were stuck at this campsite for 6 days because nothing else was available. We were there for a physically demanding activity in 90 degree temps with no access to a shower, yuck! The camp sites are wide open no privacy and limited shade. Outside of the temporary water issue the facility is well maintained and kept clean.

The camping area is wonderful with lots of trees and shade. The access to swimming area is great as well. I think if everything had been working, our experience wouldve been even better.As it was, the restrooms were not open, the sewer hook ups were not available, the access to the swimming area was locked due to downed trees and other things, and we did not get told ahead of time that our site had been changed due to Unknown reasons. I definitely would be back, but I would like more communication upfront about the things that are not available

For the past two years, the bathrooms were out of order during our stay. I don't understand why the necessary repairs have not been made, and the problem continues to persist. The worst part is that we were on a fishing trip, using tents and had planned to use the bathrooms, since we had to tow a boat, and Washington and Oregon do not allow non-commercial vehicles to tow doubles. We were reduced to using portable toilets that were beyond disgusting.

We always enjoy our stays at the park. I only marked it as 4 stars, because of the water situation. We knew well in advance that this was going to be the case, so we made sure we had our own drinking water and fresh water for showering, dish washing, etc. Still, we had a great stay. Thanks COE for creating this RV park!

Water and dump station closed and not functioning. Out houses were over flowing.

Overall nice park, but bugs were surprisingly bad for mid May, no access to island and boat ramp, nor running water or bathrooms was unfortunate.

Originally on April 6 made a reservation for 1 night, April 15. This was then cancelled and refunded on April 8 because of a "Location Closure", no other explanation. Then we tried again for 1 night reservation for Saturday May 10. When we drove up we were informed that the campground had just opened 2 days before (? since we had made that previous reservation), and there was no water available anywhere, and the toilets were all closed, until at least the following Monday. There was a sign on the toilet building directing us to the boat ramp where there was an available pit toilet. However, that was more than a mile walk away! No other port-a-potty or washing station was brought in for all the kids and older people camping there. Pretty setting, but there is no access to even view the water from the campground. Looks like the Army Corps of Engineers do not know how to run a campground!!! Very disappointing; will not return.

Plymouth is one of my favorite places to spend a few days. Its affordable, clean, quiet, and the sites are well spaced. Sometimes there is traffic noise but only of the wind is blowing heavily. Also some train noise but its pretty far away. This time, there was no water or sewer but that is an unusual situation.

There is no water pressure in the showers. The the hot water was not very hot for a shower. You would think at a reservoir you would have more pressure to the system.

It was a good outing for October ,the ranger was very helpful

I like how all the sites are pull throughs, and even though they are close to each other, the sites are spacious (with room behind the sites to spread out). My only complaint is that the sprinkler in site 13 came on in the middle of the night and sprayed directly into our RV windows. Got all our electronics wet before I could get up and shut the windows. I noticed other sites had plastic deflectors on the sprinklers to keep this from happening.

Great stopover for us. Always clean, big level sites and lots of birds.

Flies!!I have never been to a campground where the dumpsters are placed literally feet from some campsites! And as you can imagine comes flies, so many flies!!Sprinklers will come on and completely soak your tent, bedding, and electronics.Why would you have the sprinklers come on when folks are camping?!?!

Very nice park with mostly pull-through sites. Clean restroom/ showers, small coin-op laundry. Separate day-use area with swimarea, restrooms and showers about 1/2 mile away.They have bn having sprinkler issues for the past few years and are addressing them as their budget allows. A great stop for fishing, boating or just relaxing. There is a mainline Railroad both a mile away on the Washington side and another on the Oregon side of the river. Didn't bother us at all, just a low rumble.

Very nice park. Quiet, big spaces. Level spaces!Campground hosts, Steve & Gayl were very personable and available. Our dump at the site was out of order, but only staying for three days, it was just fine, we simply dumped as we were leaving.We use Starlink and our site was pretty treed, but it worked great anyway. The host pointed north for me and I have our roam set to flat orientation. Noticed a tv buffer once for about 10 seconds during our entire stay. Bathroom was very clean and supplied well. Water was great.T-Mobile came in at 5g UC.Great experience - will be back!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
