Smith And Morehouse Campground is located in the Heber-Kamas Ranger District, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest (1 hr 5 min east of Millcreek, UT) with an elevation of 7,635 feet. There are a total of 33 campsites. The campground is normally open from the end of May to mid September. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 20 and 45 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Prices start at $26.25 per night. Some amenities include boat ramp. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Beautiful campsite and location. I think every option was a winner. Camp hosts Dale & Deb were particularly kind and welcoming and I would stay there just to spend an hour talking to Dale. You are only a short way from the reservoir and you could go fish8ng, kayaking or paddle boarding if that were your thing. We will be back next primarily for the ability to simply sit and read all day in the woods.

Camp hosts are wonderful - Best there is. Very helpful and present when neededThe only drawback this visit was the dead Moose that was near the river. We know the hosts couldn't do anything about but it sure made for an unpleasant stink the whole time we were there.Camp sites are well taken care of and always ready when we arrive.Love Smith Morehouse.

It is always the best getting out in nature and away from the world. We love this campground and the easy access to the reservoir. It is unfortunately getting more crowded every year, but what can you do. The camp hosts are the best, Dee & Deb. This is a lovely spot to lose your worries and find yourself again. Perfect for families.

We love Smith and Moorehouse. Deb and Del are great camp hosts. They touch base nearly every day to make sure we dont need anything.

Campground is very nice and camp hosts Dale & Deb were very helpful. Walking distance to the dam. Only downside was that longtime campers ran their generators almost all day long and it wasn't hot so not for AC.

This is our favorite place to camp. We have been coming here for years.The hosts are the best. They are friendly and helpful. We love the fairy forest they have set up in their camp area. Make sure to check it out during the day and also at night when it is all lit up with fairy lights.

Nice campground. Always enjoy staying here. Book early as this campground stays full pretty much all season. Reservoir is wake-less speed only, great for fishing and kayaking. A boat dock would be nice.

We make multiple trips to this location annually. As always, bathrooms are clean, campsites are well kept, and Del and Deb are fantastic hosts! Yep.. we'll be back!

The campground is beautiful with a mix of trees and vegetation. There are good trails leading to the nearby lake with wildlife I enjoyed such as deer and moose.

Always enjoy our yearly visits with nature at its best. Hosts Del & Deb always a pleasure to reconnect. They make the campground a unique special inviting space with there fairy garden, and hanging planters by the restrooms. Looking forward to visiting next year.

We love Smith & MorehouseCamp hosts Deb & Del are awesome!!!!Grounds are kept very clean, yes restrooms too.Such a scenic & peaceful outdoor experience. Lots of wildlife. The resevoir is close & beautiful. It is often windy on the water, (that being the only downside). Still fun for kayaking!

The slant of the site was almost impossible to get into. Tress need to be trimmed back. The site was big enough just the slope mad it hard to back into.
