Beautiful campsite, lovely stream nearby and a good hiking trail. Only negatives were the flies during the day and poor fishing.

This campsite is one of the best we have ever been to, our group of 6 loved it. The scenery is beautiful, it is very well kept and clean, right down the road from the reservoir and not too far from small towns if you need to pop in for supplies. Our camp host was very attentive and available when needed. Only thing it is missing is on site water, but we brought plenty of our own. This is bear country so be sure to bring bear spray and follow all the rules to keep you and your neighbors safe. We will definitely be back!

If you have a double axle trailer, DO NOT BOOK THIS SITE!!! I have a 25 trailer and it took me over an hour to back it in. Just really no good angle to back it in and the host even came by to wish me good luck. Through force and sheer anger, I was able to get it in. Pulling out was equally as painful. Its a great campsite, but just be forewarned about this spot. Would camp here again, just not this spot :)

We have been coming to Ledgefork campground for many years and always enjoy out stay! The bathrooms are kept very clean and well stocked! Site 46 is a nice private site with the river running in the back of the site. I want to give a great review to camp host Marcela. He went out of his way to help me get some fuses that I needed to get my lights on my trailer working. He is an excellent camp host and hope that he continues to stay at Leedgefork!

Love Ledgefork. Clean and quiet. Some people let their dogs bark, but everyone kept them on leashes. People also obeyed the generator rules. The bathrooms were the cleanest Ive ever seen.

We love this campground! Great hosts! Most sites have shade and we enjoy walking down to the lake. Well maintained. We will be back!

The campsite was muddy from spring run off. We've been to Ledgefork before in June and had the same experience. It was still a wonderful spot to camp, but I'm glad someone brought up a big box that we could put by our campsite so we didn't bring mud into our trailer.

This campground was better than Smith & Morehouse for us and our family!

The campground is nice and shaded for a lot of the day. The site feels like it has plenty of distance between the neighboring sites.

Me and my boyfriend took a quick trip here and it was great. This specific campsite was lovely, and the area was beautiful. There was a nice little nook in the trees we put our tent at, it was right next to a little creek. The reservoir was lovely and fun to skip some stones on. It was very pretty towards sunset. The trailhead in the campsite was a nice hike. The host was friendly and he taught us how to jump a car (make sure all your car doors are closed so your car doesn't die lol). There is in fact no running water at the faucets, but it does say that in the confirmation email, so just make sure to bring enough water. Also the bathrooms smelt like any other bathroom up a canyon, nothing I wasn't expecting. I would for sure recommend staying here!

All trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. There was even trash bags all over the ground next to the dumpsters. We left after one night instead of two because it stunk so badly. Campground hosts were no where to be found, either off duty or not accessible.

This was our first time staying at Ledgefork. We were presently surprised. Our camp host James, was so incredibly kind and fun to talk to. We will definitely come back again.

Our trip to Ledgefork was amazing. Everything was so beautiful. The camp host, Marcel, was THE BEST! The bathrooms were clean. The campground was beautiful and peaceful. Marcel was helpful with any questions we had and helped us with the recreation app. I can't say enough good about our experience!

This was a beautiful site, but with a large rig we have the info for this spot/reservation should have mentioned its directly by the bridge which impacts your ability to manuver/backup with the restrictions of the bridge . We had to go through the upper part & come back down which was a bit rough. This spot was so beautiful & peaceful h by def not for a large 5th wheel as it is mentioned on the reservation information. Just an fyi

Beautiful shaded campsite!! No problems finding it or checking in. Clean campsite and nice fire pit. Super close to Smith and Morehouse Reservoir. Our only complaint were the bugs, the flies were crazy. But thats camping and nature for you we would definitely come here again.

Great campground and great site. This site is right up against a small stream and small river. Great for playing in and nice area to find shade during the heat of the day. Definitely an all time favorite!

Best place to camp

This campground was absolutely beautiful in June! Having a site near a river was very relaxing, and meant I couldn't hear any other guests over the sound of the water. While there is no phone service within the campground, I had solid coverage from T-Mobile after a short drive to the base of the reservoir.
@MarRissaN4E1B5 · Camped on Sep 7, 2023
The actual campground and host were both great. The road getting there is terrible! For how many people go to this campground they need to maintain it better! Also they need to have somewhere up there to fill up water. I dont think wed do back based on the road conditions and having absolutely no resources up there.

Very beautiful. Had a little too much rain during our stay. Didn't get to see to much. Our site was a little hard to get into and get out. Next time we plan to find a larger site. James, the host was very friendly. Hope to go back next year.Greg

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
