We enjoyed our stay. Bathhouse was clean and hot water with good pressure.

It rained one day of our three night stay. The cover over the picnic table area was in bad shape. About half of it had rotted and fallen out.

This is our 2nd stay at Liberty Hill. Park is always well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Being a Corp of Engineers Park if you have a Senior Pass your camp fees are cut in half. Only complaint we have is that they closed down the marina store. You now have to drive into Dawson to get fishing supplies. This is a bit inconvenient.

As always, this place is generally quiet and a nice place to get away from things. The only thing that I believe woould make it a 5 star instead of 4 is more sites with sewage hookups, but thats just me.

Beautiful sites with views of the lake. If you are camping in late March early April I highly recommend making the wildflower loop through Chappel Hill. The roadsides are filled with color. Dont miss touring the Blue Bell Creamery in Brenham and have a scoop of ice cream!

Make sure you pick up a map as there are absolutely no signs telling you where the campgrounds are located or the site numbers. We asked a gentleman working on his pontoon and he gave us his map after drawing the route. Our site was 38 which looked flat in the picture, but was not. We don't plan on returning to Liberty Park.

Had a wonderful time except for the wind and levelness of site 39.

We had a great camping experience here. The campground was clean, well-kept, and the sites were spacious with plenty of room to relax. It was peaceful, especially at night, which made it perfect for sitting by the fire and enjoying the outdoors. The facilities were clean and easy to access, and there were plenty of things to do like fishing, walking, and just exploring. It felt very family-friendly and safe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing camping trip!

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
