We had 100+ degree weather and the heater was running in the bathroom. Other than that, the park is beautiful, the lake was refreshing and the sites were clean. The park hosts were great!

Great park and a great site. My spot was right on the lake, so just a short walk to go fishing. Everything seem well maintained. My only suggestion would be adding signage such as Sites 1-12 -> as if you dont have an idea where your site is there would be a lot of driving around.

Navarro Mills Liberty Hills is a beautiful, well maintained campsite on Navarro Mills Lake. The campsites were clean as were the bathrooms. Folks at the marina were friendly. Be sure and bring any spray/ powder for the Argentina ants.otherwise, a perfect place to camp and enjoy nature.

Lake water made us pretty stinky but the swimming area was the cleanest I've seen in years! Great upgrades on the beach area there. Camping spot 12 was a good location but could've been more level. Looks like they tried to level with a bunch of white rock but it hadn't been maintained. Covered picnic tables at each site are GREAT! Bathrooms/showers were clean and had plenty of hot water and pressure! We will be back if we can find a 50amp spot with sewer.

Camp sites are spread out nicely and there does not seem to be a bad site at all!The bathrooms are a little sketchy, but overall we love this place for a night or two van camping.The views are wonderful!

Campers across from us played music loud, along with them being loud and blocking roads. We left the first night and then left on Sunday and didn't stay Sunday night. We go camping to enjoy a little peace and quite, not listen to drunks and loud music. Reported it to the gate attendant and she did go down there after we left Friday night and told them to turn it sown, but as soon as she left they turned it back up and the sheriff department was called out. I read the rules before I go and by the way things were that night all the rules were broken by this bunch. Maybe my next visit will be better.

We loved our stay at liberty hill. The fishing pier was very nice except could use more lights for night fishing. The swimming area was awesome. I wish the marina had a little more to offer at the time of our stay but had did have the basic for camping. Overall we loved our stay very much and hope to make it a regular vacation spot.
