The sites are very close together, but it's an awesome view of the lake. The whole campground is unlevel. There are steps and hills everywhere. Restrooms were very nice and well kept. Playground was nice. Fire pits were located in interesting places.

Campground is really well kept and clean. Showers are nice and hot and the sites are great. The camp hosts are all amazing here. They are very helpful in helping with extending your stay if you want to. Highly recommend this park

Camp attendant's aren't very friendly. They seem to enjoy being in charge!

i loved the view of the lake and the lot we rented, the only thing i hated was we hadno steps that went to our lot #63 we had to use the ones next to us and yes they were closed ( thats what i was told) it still was not convenient at all and yes the website said that the lot had steps that didnt say there was 21 steps to use. i tried to use the steps that were i think meant for us but was told that i had to move my car to the top of the campsite i couldnt park down below where it was easy to unload. so not sure if ill be back or not but if i do ill definitelymake sure how many steps there is nexttime because on the website the steps wasnt seen and we had to use lot #62 or #64 to get to our camp site.

I stayed 7 days. First 3 were great. Families there but nothing too noisy. Next 3 there were younger people partying most of the night -one night there were 2 left with music lowered but still heard until almost 5 am. Fortunately they left the day I complained and I got one more good night. Its beautiful there - facilities all clean-staff great.

we had a great time and the facility was good except for the lady who manages the place she was very rude to everyone I even heard people talking about her in the restroom. I will not be going back as long as she is managing the place

We have been on Center Hill Lake in a houseboat for over 30 years. This was our first time experiencing the lake while camping. Floating Mills is a wonderful campground that I highly recommend. We will definitely return sooner than later

It was glorious. The nice gentleman running the park was kind and he patrolled the park and ran out a guy who was trying to squat on a site near us .. it made us feel safe! We will go there again :D

We love Floating Mill! It is beautiful there. Only thing to make it better would be if they had septic at the campsites.

Exceptionally clean bathhouse!

Floating Mills campground is a nice place to stay especially if you brought a boat.The facility itself is old school. Not many sits have sewer. The bathhouse is clean but needs some maintenance ( loose shower heads) and hooks to hang towels and shelves for shampoos.Lots 1-10 are tiny except #6 and hard to back into because most are on a hill. The lot openings are approximately 15 wide with a wall on one side and a drop down wall on the other. Its nice and quiet almost always. The maintenance team blows leaves off the daily use area 3 times a week but cuts the camp grounds every couple weeks.

Beautiful simple campground some campsites are more accessible to the lake than others, friendly staff, not very loud at night, very nice bathrooms , I stayed in the 90s section and loved it !

Beautiful park but not big rig friendly.

The Camp Host were awesome as usual! The grounds how ever are a different story, the grass had not had any attention in a while. It was over knee high literally in most of the park. We were there 2 weeks and the mowers did come on the day before our last. The rip-rap around camp sites and drainage areas was overtaken by weeds. The bath house was ok but could have been better, cleaning better would make all the difference. All in all I will go back just as I have for years, just wish the Corp would put maintenance/cleaning back out to bid and the old company come back.

Nice playground, our spot provided shade, the spots are a bit tighter / closer than we like but we still enjoyed it. We were able to see a pretty sunset each night!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
