Sunny Gulch Campground is located in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, Sawtooth National Forest (2 hrs 51 min northeast of Boise, ID) with an elevation of 6,444 feet. There are a total of 46 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid September. 45 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 35 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Fees range from $22.00 to $100.00. Some amenities include drinking water, accessible, restroom, trash dumpster, ramada, firewood. Activities include ohv trails nearby, fishing, hiking trails, ohv allowed from campsite.

Love this campground. The spaces were spread out for some privacy and it was clean! Friendly and helpful host. It was also nice to have the patio area to keep the rig clean Cant comment on the inside of the bathrooms as we didnt use them. But occasionally the wind carried an odor-but this was after the holiday weekend and they were getting pumped out right after

A nice campground...clean and quiet. The campground host was friendly and prompt. The campsite was level and spacious. Enjoyed our stay there.

This is our new favorite camp ground for visiting Redfish Lake and the Lodge. It's separate and more quiet. The tent pad was in great condition and our site was right near the bathroom, but still never heard any noise from others using it. The table and fire ring were great and the camp host was very friendly. I would recommend to everyone!

We absolutely loved this campground! It was our first time to Idaho and we will verve back. The host, Cara, was the best camp host we have ever had. She was so kind, helpful, cheery, and you can tell she truly loves her job! We highly recommend this campground. We were in site #28 and it has a great view of the sawtooth mountains!

Practically empty due to encroaching forest fire and very smoky, BUT the host was very helpful and pleasant. Been there many times and always enjoyable.

Great campground! While booked solid the spots are spacious enough you dont feel like youre on top of each other. The camp host, Frog, is wonderful and ensures everyone is safe and having a good time. The campsite came with a fire pit, gate, table and bench. And a perfect site to pitch our tent. We cant wait to come back!

The campground was perfect and well maintained. The campground is close to Stanley and provides easy access to the recreation opportunities afforded through the Sawtooths. Our campground host, "Frog," was the best we've had.

Super nice, quiet campground with great views, plentiful firewood available for a good price and a wonderful host! We were going to stayed 2 days and wound up staying a solid week - very convenient location to Stanley for necessities and some good dining as well as various hiking trailheads and riverside hot springs.

Sunny Gulch is beautiful. Our camp host was my favorite so far. They are usually grouchy but she was great to work with. The bathrooms were cleaner than they usually are. The process of finding a site is ridiculous and frustrating. The cost increase is not cool and the cost to reserve the group shelter is terribly expensive.

Camping site was clean. Beautiful view of the mountains from the day use area. Easy walk down to the river. Walking paths through the campground were nice. Some campsites have more trees/privacy/shade than others. Campsites fill up fast. Great location close to everything.

Lots of room between campsites, beautiful views, excellent campground hosts! Barb & Rich were very friendly, kept the facilities in excellent condition, & helpful. Close location to Redfish Lake and resort.

Sunny Gulch was clean, neat, and well maintained. The surroundings were the icing on the cake! We loved it and will be back again.
