This might be my favorite campground in the Redfish Lake area. The campsites are large and private (ours had a magnificent view.) The campground host is mellow, funny, and helpful!

This is a beautiful campsite on an unbelievably beautiful lake. The sites are nicely place and mostly level. Restrooms are scattered about making it more convenient. There are many hiking trails about and when winter comes the campsite becomes a cross-country trail.

Delightful, clean campground. Other than some overzealous generator users, it was a very quiet getaway. Walking distance to Redfish Lake lodge for some more diverse experiences.

The campsite was just long enough to accommodate our 33 fifth wheel and our truck. It was clean and well laid out. Picnic table , fire ring and a pad for tents. The host was friendly and polite. He brought us two packs of firewood which we used that evening. Nearby RedFish Lake was beautiful. We took the 1 pm lake tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wed recommend three nights to explore the area.

Nice campground located right across from Redfish lake and within walking distance to the lodge. The bathrooms were well kept and the noise level wasnt too high considering it was pretty full. The creek next to the campground is nice to wade in and fish.

In my 30 + years of camping at Redfish lake I have never encountered a more UNPROFESSIONAL and belligerent campground host as the the one that we had in Glacier View loop A. I contacted someone in management over hosts in this area and left a message with a higher-up so I could make a formal complaint and have yet to hear back from anyone. She should not be in the position she is in working with the public! Even if your good rule abiding campers and do not cause any problems like we are....BEWARE!! We will NOT be returning to this campground until she no longer is in the position she is in. SO sad and unfortunate. It really takes away from this beautiful place when those hired to help are not equipped with acceptable behavior toward others and do not know how to treat families. I simply asked a question to confirm protocol on something and she went crazy. Reach out to me here if you want more details before you reserve!

Campground is clean and comfortable. Camp host was very personable and friendly. Hard to figure out why an extra vehicle charge is applicable on a site when a tent is used and only two vehicles in spot. Trailer, truck and tent results in no extra charge. Some rules seem to be very arbitrary.

Went camping at Redfish for the first time with my aging parents and my two young children. My father has a 36 ft RV and a Dodge Ram to tow it. Site 54 says that it can accommodate a 37ft trailer, but it has the wrong angles to be able to get that long of a trailer and truck in the spot. There were trees on either side that limited the angle, and then there were rocks across the road that we couldn't get over (we attempted to park 2x at the camp host request). I would not recommend the spot unless you have a smaller trailer or a 5th wheel that would allow you to angle into the spot. After a lot of hullaballoo with the camp host, he finally allowed us to switch to a spot that could accommodate us. After that, we had a lovely time.

Our campsite was very spacious. Easy access to all of the amenities of Redfish Lake including live music on the lawn several evenings and conveniently close to Stanley, ID. Our camp host, Christine, was welcoming, personable and attentive to detail. Having laundry and showers available was a bonus - although the showers are expensive ($5 for 7 minutes) and not kept very clean.

Christine was our host on loop A and she was wonderful! So kind and welcoming! She was very organized and kept the bathrooms clean. The best host weve had coming here for over 19 years!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
