Great location, good combination of trees and lake scenery, overall clean and maintained facilities, sites are a bit close to each other.Main complaint will be that quiet hours weren't enforced, there was some noise an loud music after 10PM.

We had a fantastic time. We spent 4 days and 3 nights there and loved it. It's a beautiful area to go to. Close to the water and for those without electric or water, they have hook ups. We got a little bit of rain the night before leaving, but we prepared ahead of time and had no issues. The only thing I should like to see there is a restroom facility in the group camp area. I'm not a fan of porta potty's, and having an actual toilet if really nice if you have little ones that go camping to. If you like to camp and hang out, this is the place to go. We've been here 3 times now and will be going back many more. Trust me if you haven't gone then plan a trip and go stay here, you'll be happy you did.

Nice campgrounds, two of the bathrooms, although clean, one has no lights in it, the other one had no hot water. The bathroom close to the front gate did have hot showers, the bathroom / shower at the E camp ground had no hot water in the shower or at the sinks.

The campground was clean the gentleman at the gate was very friendly. The restrooms need some work. There are no lights after dark and no hot water or soap, paper towel or hand dryers. The showers were clean.

Camping spot was great. Getting through the front gate is a little harry. The Corps of Engineers need to remove the large tree and square of the road entering the gate and move the fence over or shorten the fence a ways. It's very difficult to pull a long 5th wheel trailer trough the main gate without hitting the building and/or the fence.

We loved the sites! Ours was very large and right on the water for beautiful sunsets every night! The only drawback was the number of pickups that go through the parks only route way too fast for a family campground. There were a couple of young children in the camper next to us that were constantly at risk of being hit.Other than that it was a wonderful stay! We only booked 2 nights as it was only supposed to be a connecting site but loved it so much we added a couple more nights on!

WE CAMP AT A LOT OF DIFFERENT CAMP GROUNDS, THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST WELL KEPT AND EASY IN AND OUT. THE SITE IS SO PRETTY, WE HAVE A GROUP OF ABOUT 8 DIFFERENT CAMPERS AND WE ALL ENJOY THIS SITE SO MUCH. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Burns Run West Campground is a wonderful place. I came here mainly to enjoy the night sky, and it was absolutely worth it. The Milky Way was clearly visible right overhead. The campground is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. I highly recommend this spot, especially for anyone who loves stargazing and peaceful nature surroundings

The view of Texoma Lake from Burns Run West is awe inspiring. The area is peaceful, full of wildlife (deer almost every morning, little burrowing moles making a home near us, and geese stopping nearby for a break in their flight). The long pull through spaces under the tall trees are just gorgeous, even tho we've never been able to book one. The winding roads make for a special place to walk or ride bikes. There are two playgrounds situated on either end of the grounds that are clean and fun. Restrooms are clean and roomy but need lighting. Overall, it's one of our favorite places to camp.

Please! Do something about the entry way into the park. Those of us that have long trailers have a hard time squaring up on the entry way. We have to run off the road a bit, to the right towards the tree, and then cut back towards the gate. Once we are squared up on the entry way we have to negoiate the fence by coming as close to it as we can without hitting it so that our RV doesn't scrape the roof of the building. In addition, if you could speak with whom ever ownes the road getting to the park it would be greatly apprciated if they would cut the tree limbs back from hanging over the road.Thank you, other than that it's a great place to camp.

Lovely campground, big sandy beach, nice winding road to ride bikes on or walk, plenty of shade, clean restrooms and campground, nice concrete pads, great staff.

Burns Run West has the best sunsets of all of Lake Texoma. Someone is always mowing there or running a string trimmer. We go there often! Clean bathrooms, too.

This has the potential to be a five star campground - it has a wonderful beach area next to Lake Texoma and lots of shaded areas. The grounds themselves were well maintained BUT their bath house was the worst Ive ever experienced. There was literally mold and mildew over all the walls and ceilings. We had no choice but to use them because we have got the water sorted out in our camper yet, but it was really gross. The ants were also so so bad. Our campsite was like one giant anthill. Ive never seen so many ants in one spot in my life.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
