Always a peaceful time at this park. Very well maintained. Camp caretakers are so very helpful and willing to do whatever you need. (Mr and Mrs Wells).

Very quiet, well maintained park. Very convenient to Clearwater Lake for boating and fishing. Only negative is no cell service at all.

Great location, staff, and views. Some camping spots are small/uneven.

A large campground with some light from campers (decorative lights on all night). My A/C was out and it was hot. No camp host or manager available which I found odd. Ok for the one night. Not much to see in my walk around.

That Lady at the gate is so helpful and super nice .She is a gem. Week days are the best for me cause I'm old and less people more fun. And the sites are so nice and bathroom shower house clean . Love it . Could use a dust to dawn light by the pump station. I had to leave at night and it was way dark to pump.

The park and campsites were clean.The handicap site we were on was way unlevel.We had to raise front and back 4 1/2 " on side wher pavilion and table was and it still wasn't completely level.It was ok for us cause we can both walk, however would be very difficult for someone wheel chair bound.Campers who had dogs Did not keep them on a leash.Will definitely go back just not on site we had

I feel like the rules have become to relaxed. Only seen a park ranger 1 time over 3 days. A campsite by us had two bigger dogs frequently left unattended tied to a tree. They would aggressively bark when we would be around our campsite or when my 4 year old was trying to ride his bike past their site. Made us very uneasy. If the most aggressive barking dog would have got off his rope he was tied with we fear he would attack.

No my favorite campground. Wish all the spots had pictures online so you can see your campsite. The only one we could find long enough for our camper that was available, had no pictures. When we got there, the site was nice, but backing in there was a little curve that made it tricky with a dually that doesnt turn sharp.

We always have an awesome time at River Road Park! We had a few rain showers but the little ones enjoyed playing in it! Only issue was someone threw fish in the woods behind our campsite and the smell wasnt the best so had to clean that up! I understand this wasnt the parks fault but some nasty campers that had no respect for others!! We camp here every year! Its our familys favorite!

We have been coming to river road park for years this year I was totally shocked at the conditions of the restrooms and bathhouses they were filthy disgusting and gross a total lack of cleaning all tho this is minor I will continue to visit and camp

It has always been our favorite park. We enjoy the paved roads for walking and bike riding. The great grandsons enjoyed the playgrounds. Unfortunately there had been a lot of rain so the spillway was running at a high rate so the fishing wasnt great. But as always, we had a very good time and will be back.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
