Sparrowfoot Campground in Henry County is located 1 hr 11 min southeast of Lee's Summit, MO with an elevation of 724 feet. There are a total of 86 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid April to the end of September. 83 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 45 and 91 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 56 sites have electric and water hookups. 27 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $20.00 to $30.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, laundry facility, playground, boat ramp, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Got in late to the park check-in office was closed for the evening. Proceeded to my campsite and was met by the park staff. Greeted me by name and handed me my window tag. Then showed me where my campsite was located. Very friendly man and made sure I was satisfied . Campgrounds and shower house were exceptionally clean even afterward what I can only amaze was a very busy Labor Day weekend. I was up and gone before sunrise so my stay was very short. Definitely looking to plan a stay in the future.

A nice campground just outside of Clinton, MO. You can't control other people, but I have had a great time camping out here. Most spots have great tree shade for evening hours. The hosts are very nice and attentive. I appreciate their work and hospitality.

I did not initially choose a good site for tent camping. The hosts were fabulous and took me for a ride in their golf cart and helped me find a spot for myself (and my friends) that was more suitable to what we needed. I will absolutely be back here again. The shower houses have hot water, the toilets flush great and trash is always picked up.

Even though we only live 15 miles from the site, we felt we needed a get away....This park is clean, lush and well maintained. There are foot paths that have been created down to the lake. It is very quiet, with a generous amount of space between campsites... Each supplied with a table, pole and fire pit w/ grill. Only water and electric are on each site, with a dump station by the entrance of the park. We are now anxious to try other COE campsites... But, this will be our new "closet away" spot!

The camp sites were very clean and well maintained, the camp hosts were very helpful and friendly, they did a very good job at keeping the restrooms clean.

We had a fantastic time at Sparrowfoot campground. We camped, played in the water, let the kids play on the campground and ride their bikes. It was a very hot weekend, so we were thankful for a breeze and some fans, but we will definitely be staying there again soon!

Great location to enjoy the lake or go riding at Cooper Creek ATV Park. Like other corp parks, the grounds were clean and the sites were roomy. The attendants were friendly and accommodating.

Park was nice, quiet, easy to reserve a spot. Camp site spots were generously sized and many were shaded. Bathrooms were well monitored and clean. Showers took a minute or two to get hot but were fine afterward. Host were friendly. While we were there, a tornado watch and then warning was issued. Hosts hustled in the rain to continue to keep us updated and later both they and the park ranger alerted us to seek shelter. (We drove into town and parked at Walmart until the storm passed.) All went well, storm passed and there was no harm to our property. Great value for the money.

We love this campground!! It's small and quiet which is what we like. The campground hosts are so amazing! If we had any issues they would handle it immediately. They keep everything clean and nice.

Overall, I give it a four out of five stars. It wouldve been five, but the attendants werent readily available for me to pay via cash. Instead, I had to sign up for this website and do this all online when I didnt want to have to do that.
