Kendall Campground in Russell County is located 1 hr 26 min northeast of Cookeville, TN with an elevation of 607 feet. There are a total of 112 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of April to the beginning of November. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 35 and 115 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. All sites have electric and water hookups. Prices start at $32.00 per night. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Beautiful sites. Very quiet. Free laundry. Great cell service. No over the air television channels, though. Be sure to visit the hatchery and use the campground trails around the hatchery creek! We stayed in the "Annex" by the bathouse and couldn't have been happier.

We have camped at Kendall twice now and really enjoy it! The campground is very nice, and there are plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. Great spot for families.

Great campground stayed at the annex side site 107 nice level and close to the bathhouse.Quiet and the bath house had nice hot water and very clean. Will definitely go back!

Love this campground but the hosts are not friendly. We have camped there 3 times this year and several last year and previous years. This is the first time that we have not felt welcomed there.

Kendall is one of our absolute favorite campgrounds to visit. The sites are good and area is very laid back. We can do as much or as little and Big Daddys is always a treat and no cooking!!

Very nice and beautiful as always unless floods that cannot be helped. This time the fish cleaning station was out of order which is a good convienance and also the loop dumping station where we were was out of order did come later and try to fix were having problems but thats life. We love it here and have been camping for over forty yrs at Kendall. The new host could be a little friendly we are used to the welcome mess if passed host.

Excellent staff and security patrols. The grandbaby enjoyed the splash pad as much as the adults AND you MUST HAVE ICE CREAM from Big Daddys; ALSO HAS SKI ON TAP #iykyk. Grounds and bathrooms were extremely CLEAN!!

One of the dump stations has been out of order the last several times we have been. They have also changed the check out time to 12pm instead of 3pm, causing a backup at the one working station.

We stayed on site 32. Been on that site for years. I feel like they need to put a new picnic table for that site. Everything else was great. It is still a great place for camping. I hope I can continue to go camping there for years to come.

Kendall is one of our favorite campgrounds in this area. There is plenty of room in between each camper. You are not right next to each other. It is pretty quiet, and we enjoy watching the wildlife.
