I love this place at this time of the year not just for great spring fishing but because it is SPRING! The facility did have an electrical outage for a few hours but the team totally rocked replacing a new transformer the 'same day'. As feedback to the campground, I did leave my pups behind and it would have been nice to get a text message that electrical was out. When I returned the camper was warm and the pups were ok but it took several hours after that for power to return. Notification and communication is a MUST! First time we had idiot neighbors with a pup goldendoodle they strung to a tree and walked inside so it barked for hours. In summary: Love the place, communication with park & campers during the stay is key and no need to ding the campground for campers not willing to abide by good dog manners (I had 3 dogs). Stayed in the annex near the end.

Kendall is one of our favorite campgrounds in Ky. You can always count on seeing wildlife. Well kept and maintained.

Always a good stay, but whats with all of the golf carts these days? We spent time at both the old part and the annex, and there were joyriding in both places. We saw 2 people with handicap signs on the golf carts, the rest did not. The appeal to the COE campgrounds is there is no golf carts and joy riding. Other than that, the host was pleasant and our site was clean.

Hiking, walking, camping, grilling, fishing, hatchery, wildlife everywhere and the campground is immaculate and well maintained. Big fan of this USCOE site. Only issue for us was the gate entry code. I would ensure the code is correct and accurate by calling the phone number on the placard at the gate. Minor matter, but it may delay your access for a time.

Always a great camping experience. Well maintained and spacious sites. We usually stay in Annex. Gary and his wife are the best hosts.

Kendall is a very nice campground, but there are issues with the bathrooms and the grass. Whoever cuts the grass never cuts the whole thing and it gets very long in between cuts.
