Dog Creek Campground in Hart County is located 1 hr 1 min northeast of Bowling Green, KY with an elevation of 547 feet. There are a total of 68 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to mid October. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 32 and 105 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 45 sites have electric and water hookups. 3 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $19.00 to $26.00. Some amenities include shower, boat ramp, swimming, marina. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, hiking trails, floating sports.

GREAT campgrounds! We were very impressed with how maintained the bathrooms and showers were, as well as how clear of trash the grounds were. Pretty, tucked away, campgrounds. Highly recommend it.

That was our first time over in B. We loved it. We were down by the water. It was beautiful. The campground is so clean. It is so quiet at night. We really enjoyed ours. We will be back next year!

Best KY park weve stayed in this year. Clean bathrooms/showers and park well maintained. Not a bad spot but A6 was on waters edge with plenty of room for our 35ft fifth wheel and truck. Check out Blue Holler German restaurant close by for good food.

Best maintained campground we have been to in past couple years. Sites & grounds well maintained and mowed & bathhouse was very clean. My husband enjoyed fishing at the lake. Campground volunteers, Michale & Shannon very nice, informative & helpful. We look forward to coming back next year. Great campground!

Nice large sites. Set up well so you are not right on top of neighbor. Love the lake views. Only negative is that the railroad ties are so far out towards the road that it makes it hard to back in.Also it was 3 days before bathhouse was cleaned.

Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed it very much. Stayed in A011.No sewage but electric and water were fine (careful, pressure is very high).The cider for sale in the little store is good.

Dog Creek is absolutely the best. Spacious and level sites. Wonderful views of the water. Clean stocked bathrooms. Volunteers are very nice and helpful.

Two things I think should be addressed. First needs to be a Gaurd at a check in station & should be able to leave your boat at the boat ramp lot. I got a warning ticket for dropping my boat in the lot. Every place Ive ever been you could leave boat in lot. If there had been a Gaurd on duty I could have asked this. They want you to leave it at your campsite some of those site arent big enough or suitable for parking a boat. Other than that we have great time.

First time at this campground stayed on site A6 as it was a great pull through with a view close to water . site was clean staff were very courteous that stop by. Will do it again

Very clean beautiful campground. Lake access all around the campground. Clean bathrooms. Host was sweet and helpful. We live Dog Creek and will definitely be back.

We needed a relaxing, scenic break from the road. While the cell service here is tough, I was able to find a place to book on the spot. Sunday afternoon saw a lot of sites cleared out, so we had one on the water. It was peaceful and perfect.They are thin on facilities, but the caretakers were friendly.Water temps in the summer are high, but I still enjoyed a swim. The temp was a little over 80, so it was cooler than the air.Very peaceful site
