Shady Creek Campground in Muscatine County is located 31 min west of Davenport, IA with an elevation of 559 feet. There are a total of 54 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to the end of October. 53 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 92 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. All sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $20.00 to $25.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, boat ramp, amphitheater, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

The amount of barking dogs is absurd. People have no respect for others, and just let their dogs bark constantly

Nice Corp park, wide open sites could barely see the river but didn't matter, train noise was not bad

We really enjoy staying at Shady Creek. Cemented pads make set up a breeze and no worries about wet gravel and leveling up your camper. The shower house is always clean and well cared for. Hosts are very friendly as are the rangers when they stop by. We like watching the river traffic go by and plenty of bird watching. We even hung a hummingbird feeder and had activity there. Pretty peaceful campground.

cute little park, nice long drive out, little surprised debris at river edge but storms recent would make that hard to keep up on. deffinately will stay againhave more to visit in Muscatine

Great place to camp. No fishing for grandkids, but we did go 3 miles east to fish. Bathrooms are always clean.

Camp host very friendly and welcoming. All areas of the campground are well taken care of. Twenty minutes to Davenport where Quad Cities River Bandits play minor league baseball. About 2 miles to Pine Creek Grist Mill, a historic and interesting place. There is a state park up the hill from the grist mill. We enjoyed watching the barges on the Mississippi River.

Wonderful campground on the Mississippi River with level concrete pads. Only downside is closeness to active railroad tracks with night trains and train horns.

Shady Creek recreational campground near muscatine, Iowa is a fantastic campground. We were at site 19, lots of shade and plenty of green space. Sites are big, level concrete pads with a nice big concrete pad with picnic table and fire pit. Restrooms/ showers were very clean. Nice playgrounds for the kiddos. View of the river from almost every spot with additional benches by the rive to just sit and watch the barges go by. Camp hosts were very nice. Definitely going to revisit!!

Very clean park with concrete parking pads and patios. Many with a view of the Mississippi River. Water spigots located throughout the park and 50 amp electric at each site. Campground host are super nice.

Nice place to relax. Pretty quiet. Did Get crowded on Thursday night. Would be better if they could make a place that you could get to the water to fish.To many rocks to reach the water.

We always enjoy our time at Shady Creek several times a year. The main thing we think is very important is the host attendant. Gena . Gena welcome and greet you every time its at the gate or our campsite. A very, very pleasant person.The bathhouse is always cleaned and kept up. And the lawn is always well cared for. And we love having the concrete to park on.The scenery that you get at Shady Creek is just wonderful.
