Reversed Creek Campground is located in the Mono Lake Ranger District, Inyo National Forest (4 hrs 13 min northeast of Clovis, CA) with an elevation of 7,620 feet. There are a total of 16 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid October. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 26 and 45 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Prices start at $28.00 per night. Some amenities include swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Site #15 was great and easy to access with a small trailer (it is a pull-through site). Not too far from bathrooms or trash, water was nearby. The flies are very active from about 10AM to 3PM and some bite, but other than that, no issues with mosquitos like other sites around here. Lots of chipmunks which drove the dog crazy. Plenty of shade. Nice quiet campground with clean bathrooms. Walking distance to gull lake and into town. Saw some deer very close to the campsite and no bear activity.

No border or boundary between campsite. Very hard to tell where one ends and another began so much so that our neighbors were set up in our site when we arrived. Lots of broken glass in camp even a whole broken car window. Quiet time hours were not enforced and it was loud until after midnight sometimes with RVS driving and re parking not nearly as peaceful as it should have been.

Campground was awesome. Pretty small but surrounded by pines and trees that give the cozy feel you want when camping. Some other campgrounds like June Lake Campground for example has sites more out in the open unprotected by shade and privacy from trees. The bathrooms were clean and camp host was on site. Wood is $10 from camp host. Its about a 10 min drive from June Lake beach which was the main reason we booked the campground. We had an awesome time. Our site 13 was right next to the restrooms but honestly wasnt too bad - maybe next time would book a site a bit further away. Other than being next to the restrooms, site 13 was great - big enough to fit our 6 person tent and lots of room to spare. It backed onto some hilly woods that offer privacy from the camp host and other sites that back onto the site. We loved it.

Loved camping at Reversed Creek! FYI, this campground isn't directly on a lake, so you'll need to walk/drive over. The campground was clean and had bathrooms with running water. The campsites are on the smaller side, so keep this in mind when making plans.

The campground is very well maintained. The bathroom was spotless and cleaned multiple times a day. Site 007 is very close to the road though, so traffic noise was constant. The site itself is spacious, but it's basically sharing space with site 016. Luckily, it was just one van next to us. Plenty of shade at any time of day. We met some great people during our stay.

Nice campsite (#14) with pull through driveway. We have a big tent and fitting it without getting too close to the fire was a bit of a challenge. Trees around for intermittent shade throughout the day. Near bathroom and water.

A clean campground with good spacing amongst the sites. Having flush toilets and running water in the bathroom sinks was a nice, bonus feature. The area was clean and tidy.

Beautiful campground just across the street from Gull Lake. Had no troubles driving to Gull Lake to put in kayaks. Lots of trees, shade, and flush toilets! Only negative: the bugs! Bring bug spray, mosquitos in the AM and PM, flies (some biting) in the afternoon. Stayed here in early July 2024. Maybe less bugs other times of year?

We had a lot of mosquitos on our stay. Bathrooms were not clean . I would say reversed creek campground is much quieter than June Lake campground so that was a huge plus. If the bathrooms were clean and no mosquitos I would have given it four stars.

I stayed in a tent in a pretty little grove of aspens, beneath a large pine tree. Beautiful campsite. (6/20 -23, 2024) The mosquitoes and flies were quite heavy, unfortunately. Cut my stay short by a day as a result.

Many of the sites are not level, so if you are traveling in a van or RV check sites carefully. The location is great, sites are nice. Bathrooms are outdated and were disgusting. They were not cleaned once during our stay, and the toilet paper ran out.

This was our 46th year camping at Reverse Creek in campsite 14. Its a fishing tournament on the first Saturday in June and always a great trip!

Nice quiet little campground, with lots of birch trees and dappled shaded sites. Right across the road from Gull Lake, where there is a boat ramp and some minimal shore access. I much preferred Reversed Creek to the sprawling, somewhat barren Oh Ridge campground, where I have camped before. Reversed Creek has ample water spigots and good clean bathrooms (flush with sinks) and trash/recycling at the center of the loop. It is near the June Loop road, but car noise is minimal.
