Great campground, beautiful view. Flush toilets which was a plus. Lots to do in the area including hot springs, hot creek, Mono Lake, Convict Lake, Devil's Postpile, Mammoth nearby.

Great location and site spacing, bathroom situation was rough

The bathrooms were porta pottys and it was more desert than we were expecting. We were not a fan and ended up leaving instead of staying the night. Zero shade and very hot.

One of the best campgrounds I've been to. The only drawback was the restrooms were out of order and we had to use a portable bathroom which I was not a fan of especially since this is also one of the most expensive campgrounds I've been to.

What a beautiful place. The deer were comfortable with people and seemed even somewhat curious.

Great stay, site was large and clean, beautiful views at night,creek behind our site. Will definitely stay there again.

The ranger was friendly, the bathrooms were kept clean and the overall camp was well maintained. My only complaint is the noisy campers with loud music and were up partying until 4am. I go out in nature to escape the noise and that was disappointing.

What can we say? Our first time at Convict Lake was absolutely breathtakingwere already planning our next trip back! We stayed at Campsite #2, which is right next to the host. It felt tucked away from the other campsites, making it a perfect choice if you prefer peace and quiet at night. The outhouse was just a short walk away and very clean, which we really appreciated. The camp hosts were friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts of Campsite #2 was how close it was to the lakeit made morning and evening walks so easy and beautiful. Overall, we had an amazing experience and cant wait to come back to try out other campsites!

Great campspot. We liked being located near the resort store to access coffee, snacks, showers. The bathrooms were very clean. Most sites do not have much shade. Take a walk along the creek for the best experience.

We had a great time hiking, fishing, and hanging out. My daughter even celebrated her birthday there. We ended up with three sites, one reserved in advance, and two more we were able to get on a first-come, first-served basis on a Sunday. The camp hosts are some of the most genuine, good-hearted people you could ever meet. We will always go back to Convict Lake, it always feels like home

Great views, excellent fishing, nice getaway from the summer heat. We camped in a Travel trailer and had a great time. However, theres always one bad apple that can put a damper on a great trip. Neighbor would turn on truck and headlight for extended periods of time at night. The problem was the light shined right at our camp fire. Same neighbor decides we all would like to hear club music during the day. I thought we could escape the city life for a few days guess not completely.

What a beautiful campground!! I feel like any of the campsites will have an amazing view. We had the privilege to be at campsite 002 which is near the main entrance next to the camp manager. The campsite was well maintained and clean and most importantly quite. There is lots to do at this campground like fishing, kayaking, swimming and hiking but we decided to go out to mammoth lakes which is only 25 mins north from the campground. I recommend going to mammoth and take a $15 shuttle ride to the devils post pile national monument. Its a great hike and if possible go to rainbow falls which is only another mile 1 1/2 miles away from the devils post pile. so don't lose your ticket. Everything about this trip was amazing and i highly recommend this campground.

Flush toilets and clean bathrooms, walking distance to lake which has nice walking path with select picnic tables and beach access for swimming and fishing. Site were on the smaller size, nice tent pads but very exposed and hot. Access to resort which does have pay-for showers, restuarant and small general store on site. Small lot by lake fills up early but plenty of overflow parking at front of campsite.

Overall campground was fine, restrooms were clean and stocked. Very little shade anywhere, only a few sites have any real shade, and when I was there it was 90deg. There was a wedding at the resort one of the days and the music could be heard quite loud until 10pm which kind of disturbed the out in nature part of camping.

What an amazing experience! The scenic views. Fresh air. We had an amazing time at Lake Convict Campground. The sites are close together but we felt there was plenty of privacy in-between. The restrooms were clean. The showers were far but it was a good reason to visit the store. I enjoyed our vacation and would certainly go back.

Absolutely loved it. Campsite was comfortable, with a table, fire ring, bear box for food, and plenty of space for the tent and parking. Bathrooms were clean. All facilities around the lake were great.Thank you! See you next year..!

We had a wonderful time at this campground! It was just a quick overnight trip but wish we booked longer! What I liked most about the campsite, other than the beautiful view of the lake, was how accessible everything was. A really great site for families with kids. They have a restaurant nearby and the convenience store has plenty of cute souvenirs and snacks. Really appreciated that the restrooms were flushable toilets and not pit toilets. I do wish the bathroom had soap though. But everyone there was very friendly and there was plenty activities to do in and around the lake. We went kayaking for 2 hours in the morning and it was really nice to be on the still water before the wind picked up. Overall very great experience and cant wait to come back, will definitely be staying longer next visit!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
