A friendly, spacious and lovely campground. The map showed laundry but I didnt see any. The showers were nice.

Be wary of the gum trees. Extremely loaded with fruit this year and when we had a heavy rain, the extra weight cause multiple limbs to fall.

The bathrooms and shower house were kept extremely clean - the employees in the check in shack were extremely helpful / friendly when dealing with them. Parking for the beach area was easy to access. We will definitely be back to camp at Coles Creek again!

Very enjoyable weekend. Site was level and large patio. Only problem was dump was full when leaving, used full hookup site to dump when leaving.

The campground host, Les, was friendly & helpful. The shower house was clean. The sites are paved & most looked fairly level. The dump station did not have a connection for a black tank flush out. Thankfully we had not yet emptied our fresh water tank & used some of that to flush the toilet & help rinse the black tank out a bit.

Coles creek loop 1 is a great campground. It is full hook ups with views of the lake. The swim beach is a short walk away and the grounds are well maintained.

Backed into site and plugged in Watchdog. Watchdog would not allow power to our unit as it said that there was insufficient power. We'd been on the road for a while so unhooked, told the front gate - who said they'd have someone look at it and then went to get a meal. We came back and still had no power. Went back to the front gate and they said that the maintenance person had been there but we weren't there so they did no work. We weren't told that we needed to be there. It was their electrical problem, not ours so unsure why they couldn't fix it without us being there.We were put in a different site that wasn't quite as nice but worked just fine. It was one of those "off the map" sites that are used for such occasions. Other than that it is a beautiful campground. Would definitely go again. If you are a water sportsperson - boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, this is a great area to be in.

The campground is always clean and the sites are big, vehicles need to slow down, there are children riding bikes and campers walking

This is a great campground. The sites are all paved and level. Grass is mowed and well kept. Lots of young trees have been planted to provide shade for the future.

Site 83 right on the water with our truck camper. Site level, power, clean, shade, fire ring, picnic table. Boat ramp directly across from site and is far enough away so no big deal. Lots of families enjoy the campground. We would stay again.

We've been camping at Coles Creek for 9 years and it is always a wonderful experience! The full hook up, waterfront sites are absolutely amazing!

Nice black toped sites & very friendly host.
@RobertC4745893 · Camped on Jun 3, 2025 at Campsite #37
The on site showers are very dangerous! The shower floors are smooth epoxy coated (with no abrasives) making them very slippery which allows one to easily slip and fall. If you don't fall and die in the shower, it's a pretty nice campground.

The host was very welcoming, grounds were well maintained & the shower house was immaculate. The boat ramp & beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed bike riding through the loops & country roads as well as kayaking in the no wake coves

This loop is much more relaxed than the others which is much appreciated.
@EmmaM3220AD3CB · Camped on May 26, 2025 at Campsite #32
Site #32 was level, partial view of lake. Overall it was a great site. The site was quite buggy due to proximity of the woods. Ticks were terrible, but I heard they were all over the campground and beach area.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
