Camp is great. Been going to Carlyle Corp for many years.Camp host are very friendly and efficient.Grass mowing at CC on Thursdays could be better. They blew the grass on camp pads and into restroom area. Pads could not be helped but the restroom sidewalks and entry area should have been blown off.I blew off restroom myself.The restroom cleaning people did and outstanding job the week+ we were at CC.They had just cleaned the restrooms and blown off the sidewalks then came the mowing service.

The only drawback is the limited access to water to fill/refill tanks.

The shower house was almost as good as the lake view. It had full private rooms with toilet, sink, and shower.The view from our site, which I think was loop 5 number 34, was excellent. Most of the outer sites were in view of the lake.It was a great family park with beach access, a picnic pavilion and a dock for boaters. The reason for my one star deduction was related to this more than the camp facilities themselves. As such a family friendly camp, there was a double site with a family of many small children directly across from us. Between the kids, their dogs, and yelling for the kids, the noise level was a little more than expected, but not terrible. Also the side of the park with the dock, had a very large population of sea gullswhich comes with a lot of poo on the parking lot to get to the dock. We would camp there again and recommend it to anyone. There were campers of all ages. We saw three year olds on bikes and senior citizens in rvs. We saw rigs of all kinds. (Tents, van/tent combos, pop up pull behinds, campers, and rvs large and small.)

First of let me just say I've camping at CC for about two decades and love it...The Positive Great campground hosts Sherri and her husband Les courteous and very knowledgeable hope they host for many more years ,good cell phone reception and over the air TV Antenna signal, Very clean facility's paved sites which were widened a few years ago. Now the Negative lack of shade trees in Loop one most of the camping tables in loop one are warped the trash containers are inconveniently placed as well, also there are two concrete pads that are not being utilized for a trash container and the biggest NEGITIVE fore CC it closes to early for the camping season....

Site 125 was pretty level and big enough for our 40 mh and toad. Beautiful sunset and trees that shaded a good part of the day. It rocky going down to water, but doable. Nice biking and great beach! Didnt have any problems with Verizon service. Site is electric only. No water. Nice campground!

Here at site 22 in July where you are as close to the lake as you can get. Great views! No trees. No shade. All day sun. If youre not at the beach or out on a boat, its brutal. Theyve planted trees so it will be better down the road, but just come prepared. We tied a reflective tarp to our awning so we could sit out side as the sun started go down and that helped a lot! Great beach area, good biking, clean bath houses and great hosts. Site level and big, just electric, no water. Would return!

Be wary of the gum trees. Extremely loaded with fruit this year and when we had a heavy rain, the extra weight cause multiple limbs to fall.

The bathrooms and shower house were kept extremely clean - the employees in the check in shack were extremely helpful / friendly when dealing with them. Parking for the beach area was easy to access. We will definitely be back to camp at Coles Creek again!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
