I liked my site because it was backed up against the woods. However, it was difficult to find because none of the loops are marked. The roads are bad--lots of deep potholes that would be easy to patch. There's no indication that the very narrow roads are two-way at that there is a turn-around loop at the end. I couldn't level my RV at my site, so I slept slanted.Worst of all, the only neighbor anywhere around me, across the street, had a full-volume, full-size generator running right in my face all evening, then first thing in the morning. I left immediately in the morning.

The Lakeview Campground is wonderful, and the hosts are all terrific. We love the views.What we don't like is the proliferation of dispersed camping and the hundreds of large RVs all throughout the valley. Hundreds of ATVs and Motorcycles clog the trails, with speeds, noise and dustDispersed camping areas should be a lot more limitied. 'As a result, even though I have been camping here for over 30 years, I can't abide the crowding and noise, so we won't visit unless during shoulder season.

Overall campground is in really good location. And the views are amazing. There's a coffee shop right across the street. And a restaurant half mile away. Which is convenient.

We really enjoyed this campsite despite the short trip! Plenty of tree coverage and a flat place for the tent. Close to toilet but still private.

The site was fantastic. Lupines in bloom. Quiet. Bathrooms very clean. The host was very attentive and alerted us to site availability before and after our stay. Taylor Lake is across a busier road, but still quite a sight. You can rent boats at Taylor Lake. Would absolutely go back.

We love this camp area and have visited several times! The views are amazing, there is so much to do all around us, the camp hosts are very friendly and accommodating, and we appreciate being able to take advantage of the first-come, first-serve sites.

What a beautiful place to camp. The camp hosts were so friendly and the outhouses and campsites were well cared for. Quick access to beautiful views and the lake.

Lakeview is a great campground, the hosts are very helpful. However the roads are in very poor condition with holes over a foot deep and most of the outhouses are really old & poorly maintained.

Camp hosts were great, so friendly and helpful. After we were setup a large group setup up in the two sites next to us. The camp hosts directed us to find another Open site and helped us change the reservation. We loved the second site. We will be back, but not during the pollen season. It did force me to thoroughly clean the truck and trailer, so maybe not a bad thing.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. It could stand some tree trimming around some of the spots as they are kind of tight if you have a bigger rig like a fifth wheel.

Wonder camp site and the host is awesome. We always enjoy our time at Lakeview. The fishing was good too. The entrance to the lower electric loop needs to be addressed. Asphalt's has been removed and it hasnt been replaced. The drop in the roadway can or will damage your rv entering or exiting the campground. This has been like this for several years. I dont understand why the road cant be patch.

We go every year. I love it here. I marked a 3/5 because NO IS FIXING THE ROADS throughout the entire campground. They are VERY BAD AND VERY DEEP. It is treacherous to vehicles AND campers AND bicycles. Almost killed myself last year. PLEASE FIX THE ROADS!!

Lakeview CG is a nice campground with a mix of sites that are shaded and sites more open with great views of the mountains and Taylor Reservoir. The roads within the campground are paved and the sites are spacious. The camp host - Lou Ann - was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And she kept the campground clean.

Second time staying here. Stayed in truck camper at site 48. Good site. Little uneven but was able to get level with minimal rise. Campground host is great. Very friendly, very visible. Vault toilets are some of the cleanest I've used. Scenery is awesome. Great place to stay.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
