Very clean campground. Very quiet. If you want to view the stars, there are no clearings for such things but there are some beautiful spots just down the road from the campground. Located about 16 minutes from West Yellowstone for Park access. GPS will detour you through Idaho because they view the National Park entrance fee as a toll.

We passed through Cabin Creek on our cycling trip and only stayed for one night. The campground is situated in a beautiful wood. We were glad to have a bear box on site. At the caf close to the site, we had an excellent breakfast!

The pictures made it look different than how it is. You are essentially sharing a space with someone else. There are 4 parking spaces per site and you get 2 spaces. There are a few single spaces. Its a beautiful campground, but im not sure if we would camp here again.

We had a great experience here. Our host, Teresa, was SO WELCOMING AND KIND! Highly recommend this place.The description is accurate, and there are no showers but Its very close to Yellowstone and has everything you need to get along very well.

Nice hike on the mountain, it was off the busy road so it was quiet. Nothing luxury, no hookups, vault toilets were clean. Nice place to stop for a traveling overnight.

west yellowstone and the park. The campground was clean and well maytained, the camp hoist was very friendly and accomadating. I've been fishing this area for 63 years and have never see the river this low and could not see anyreason for it, Hebgan was full river was not good for fishing.

Smaller campground. When we got there our site was taken and the camp host said we were late, so we'd have to pick another. So if you are not getting there right at 2PM to check-in, be aware your spot might be taken. Other than that, it was a great campground. The site host was very kind and attentive. The bathrooms were very clean. The sites were right next to the river with trails down to it and easy access. It's also about 20 minutes from the park. There was little cell service with Verizon. It is closer to the road, so we did hear traffic.

Nice mostly quiet cg. Some spots are close to the hiway so intermittent road noises during daytime. Beautiful area.

The campground was clean and beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and wells stocked. The camp host, Bob, was great- we were there for a week for our family reunion and were able to reserve all of the sites in the campground- we invited Bob to all of our meals and he became one of the family members over the week. The site is close to the road thats the only downside.

Cabin Creek Campground was poorly maintained. The vault toilets were very smelly and unkept. One did not even have any toilet paper.

Outstanding camp host and perfect location for fishing. The only issue is that there were so many caterpillars coming out of the trees on to everything.
@CraigS2150196 · Camped on Jul 3, 2024 at Campsite #14
Spruce bud worms were falling from the trees and were on everything ....by the thousand. Not a yearly event, but bad timing for us.

This campground is always great. Big variation in size in the spots which isnt really reflected on the site. One site will have room for five tents while another may only have room for two. Bathrooms are always good and clean and never smell bad. If you see other reviews complaining about service, they are right. You will be able to text and make calls, our group had three different carriers and were able to. You wont be able to stream Netflix but you are camping so I hope you arent wanting to. After about 9 pm the road noise goes down to about nothing so dont worry about that. We had sites 7 and 8 right across from bathrooms. Saw another review complaining about the noise from the doors closing, didnt wake or bother any of us up the 6 days we were there. Highly recommend this site. Great falling asleep to the sound of the stream. Camp host was friendly and great as well.

Great location - peaceful spot with nearby hiking trail, close to West Yellowstone. Beautiful setting, and right across from a resort with a restaurant and general store.

Great campsite with close proximity to fly fishing camp/store. Amanda worked with our group to adjust our spots, and they keep all facilities in excellent shape!!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
