Campsites were okay but bathrooms were very neglected. I used to own a campground and a resort so know first hand how to clean a bathroom. The toilets in the building near our site the first night not only had not been cleaned that day but probably not that week or even longer. For a National Park this is an embarrassment to our Country. I hate to think what a foreign visitor would think seeing such filthy conditions. I have photos should you want to see.

Overall very happy with our stay at Mazama Village. The sites felt quite private, despite the size and density of the campground. No issues with our electrical hookups; the provided bear-proof cabinet worked great; water and bathrooms were both nearby. Only issue was one of the two showers was out of order and the other had a clogged drain. Still, the water got hot and it didnt cost quarters like wed anticipated, so it still got the job done ok.

It was nice staying here late in the season because the campground was relatively quiet. Considering that so few campers were there to make a mess, I was surprised that the bathrooms were not very clean.

Our recent stay at Mazama Village Campground was disappointing. The staff member at check-in was not welcoming, and the restroom facilities were in poor condition. Information provided within the campground was unclear, making it difficult to navigate. We hope to see improvements in both service and maintenance in the future.

We had a good experience for the most part but it was a bit noisy after quiet hours and there was a gas smell.

Signage in the campground after checking in is worthless. About as worthless as the guy in the store that didnt check us in, just told us to go to our reserved spot. Funny my reservation still shows open (on the app) the night after I used it. I was told at the gate to check in at the store. I did, he acted like we (me and a stranger) were idiots. The signs are nonexistent from in front of the store to the campground. Me, and two others I didnt know did the exact same thing and drove past the cabins.

Lovely campground with plenty of room. Only recommendation would be a few signs to the camp loops.

The spacious, wooded campsites are wonderful.The firepit and picnic table were in good shape and we enjoyed using them.Bathroom facilities were, also, well maintained.

We enjoyed camping at the campsite, lots of space. The bathrooms are vary clean. I wish they have shower facilities and electric site. But overall, it was a great visit.

Mazama Campground benefits from a great location, and because of that, they don't care much about quality. My campsite itself was clean and spacious, but the facilities left a lot to be desired. The entire campground has only one shower area (with an additional shower at the general store during limited hours). The restroom near my site was consistently filthy and never had paper towels. I followed the usual advice to buy firewood locally, but the price at the general store was steep$13 per bundle. If possible, buy your firewood nearby but outside the campground. Overall, the location makes Mazama Campground worth considering, but the management doesnt appear to put much effort into maintaining the facilities or creating a welcoming experience.

If you like hearing the garbage truck come through the campgrounds at like 6:00 am then its great otherwise

Very private and quiet. Nice bathroom facilities. Plenty of loose sticks for a campfire (we brought our own kindling and logs).

SO CROWDED! And so many generators. Holy cow. Insane.

Tight spots. No privacy. Mainly tents and small rv's, camper vans in the campground. Other campers were respectful and quiet. But, man the spots are packed in and lack privacy.

Lovely clean, quiet, well maintained campground. We stayed in G loop and walked to the Annie Creek Canyon trail just a few sites down from ours.

This is a lovely campground. We camped in D loop and had a spacious site with lots of tall trees, pleasant surroundings, and a nice walking trail right behind our campsite that looped down into the canyon behind the campground. The proximity to the village store and Crater Lake itself was absolutely fantastic. It was a quick drive to the visitor centers and any hike we wanted to do by the lake. The showers at the village store, just a couple minutes from our campsite, were warm and free. My only complaints concerned the restroom near our campsite and the complete lack of dishwater disposal. There was only one restroom for our whole loop, and it looked like this was the case for most loops at the campground. It was fairly clean, but each side had only one sink with cold water only and a button that had to be held down to keep the water flowing so you could only rinse one hand at a time. Also our reservation confirmation said there would be drains for dish water in front of each restroom and there was not! We couldn't find dishwater disposal anywhere in our loop which made doing dishes a huge pain.

The campground was excellent!. Fire pits for Smores and clean bathrooms were nice after backpacking for 3 days in between the two nights we stayed there. We were in section G both nights which was quiet and overlooked Annie Creek. The Annie Creek canyon trail was as beautiful as anything we saw during our 5 day camping and backpacking trip in Crater Lake National Park and having dinner in the restaurant named after Annie Creek after the conclusion of our backpacking was a welcome respite from rehydrated food.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
