Beautiful views, fun hikes, clean vault toilets and clean, large campsites. Convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Great price too!

Amazing spot! We loved the view and how peaceful it was. There werent many people tent camping, which made it even better.

My friend and I booked this campsite to enjoy a little Labor Day weekend getaway and we both walked away happy with the experience! Running water bathrooms was a nice bonus, more of a "suburban" style campground so we felt safer but our site was tucked back in the bushes which was nice. View was great, the one photo of the needle-like mountain scape isn't anywhere close to the campground (15 min drive and even longer by paddleboard), but still pretty either way. We wish we had a bear box in each campsite, but instead there's one shared between all of them in the tent-only section, we opted for our car instead but it was still a little trek back and forth. Overall a great spot and we'd love to visit again (maybe later or earlier in the year since there's no trees for shade when it gets hot).

Very nice campground, beautiful Lakeside views. Easy check in. Nice marina that has boats for rent if wanted.

Lakeside campsites with amenities and quick access to the water in the morning made it a nice place to stay.

We have stayed at Lake Fork campground on & off for 20 years, In those days drive in & plck a spot put your money in the envelope easy. How things have changed.Our stay was fine this year, The bathrooms were well kept ,Thank you.Some people we talked to had trouble getting the site to work so they could stay & they just drove away.The old way seemed so much better, with our stay their I don't think no more than 6 or 8 campers ever stay in the upper level, makes you wonder why with that nice campground. Thank you Harvey & Carol, St, Francis Ks.

Quiet campground with flush toilets. Some sites have beautiful views of the lake. The sites are small and not really made for tents. Fire rings with every site. Bring firewood. Its close to lots of activities and Black Canyon National Park.

It was a great celebration stop on our tour of the National Parks in southern Colorados. The first stop was Mesa Verde NP, where we stayed the first night. The second day we visited Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. The very small campground there was full, so we ventured on to Curecanti where it was easy to book the campsite. We woke up in this beautiful spot right next to the lake. That day we had an easy drive to Great Sand Dunes NP.

I stay at Lake Fork every year for one night on my way through the area. The prices have increased recently, but they are still reasonable. I like being able to book via rec.gov for a same day booking. The campground is almost always clean and convenient, with lots of spaces. The high cliff walls around the area are incredible. And they will remain that way in this area into perpetuity due to private land conservation easements to keep second home mcmansions and artificial lights off the ridges.

Remember there is NO internet or WiFi. When I got injured it was difficult to communicate w/my RV Ins & friends. As for the camping, I prefer dirt vs asphalt, #27 is the best spot because it has morning shade and 1 picnic table that is always in the shade. All site have easy access to the boat ramp. Beautiful water viewwiFi connection

We went to Lake Fork, with our travel trailer, to just get away, and relax. The stay was a success.

It was very convenient to scan the QR code at the campsite upon arriva to start the reservation process, since we didn't make reservations before hand.

Campers next to us. Us had to keep walking through our camp to get from their vehicles to tent sites because trail cut right through our campsite.

Really enjoyed this spot! It was quiet and only had a handful of other visitors. Bathrooms were clean. We had cell service.

It was great with a camper van and it were only 2 other spots occupied. When its full, you wont have much privacy.

Lake Fork is what it is: easy access to Lake Fork boat ramp. The park has no shower, electricity, shade or water. It is perfect for those who want to launch their boats and fish.

This campsite was perfect for exploring the Black Canyon and surrounding trails. We only had two neighbors the first night and a few more the second. Great layout of campground and nice bathrooms. Camp host very friendly and introduced themselves! Close to road but quiet and the views are absolutely beautiful. Made camping with 2 dogs easy.

Great view onto the lake. But if you're not there to boat: It's basically a parking lot with facilities. Only a few spots for tents. If the weather is mild (not hot), and you get a good spot (on the outside, ideally a corner), and you're sleeping in an RV or a truck, it's great for a night.

Wonderful place. Location sites. Just perfect

This is basically a parking lot. No shade, not much for green space. But the location is awesome - right between Curecanti and the intersection of the North Rim and South Rim roads into Black Canyon. There were only a couple other campers there when we stayed, so it was ultra-quiet, and we enjoyed the incredible view of the reservoir. Great value, if that's what you're looking for!

Definitely Walmart camping but right next to the boat ramp! The camp host were Awesome and very accommodating to say the least(thank you) spent most the time time on the lake so the Campground didn't really matter to us....Would recomend if all you need is sleep.
@CaylaYF0CC75B9 · Camped on Aug 3, 2023 at Campsite #47
An okay campground for tent camping. It was a good reset stop for us as they have plumbing, water, and showers however, I would not want to spend more than a night here as the walk in sights are next to the road, have little privacy from the other sights, and you can hear the generators. The hosts were very nice. I would recommend this campground more for RV camping.

Loved that the spot was not far from parking. Appreciated the picnic table!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
