Great location. Barb at the front gate was very pleasant and helpful. We loved being able to walk to Sunny side restaurant and the walking and biking trail along the lake.

Beautiful flat campsite. Easy walk to beach, bike trails, and restaurant. Very few campers in Oct. Perfect weather. Love this place!

Beautiful spot, close to nature and food. Late season was great because it was not crowded. Very clean grounds and bathrooms.

Second time staying at William Kent, great location and experience. Everything is in order, bathrooms are clean. The site is spacious. On the last morning a bear came for breakfast, a manged to steal a cooler from one of sites (not mine), so try lock everything all the time.

Campground was clean, people were courteous, and the facilities were clean. We loved the close access to the William Kent Beach as well. As read on reviews, there were bears at the campground. Scary but also exciting!

The campground itself was good however the bathrooms could use an upgrade. Firewood was $15 a bundle..yikes.

We camped in August and September. August was a bit noisy in places but September was peaceful. If you have a larger rig you need to read the maximum length accommodations. There are wonderful restaurants within a very short walk. Sunnyside and The Fire Sign. As well as a small but beautiful beach. The camp hosts were great. Very accessible and willing to help.

We liked the close proximity to the public beach on Lake Tahoe and also the close proximity to our sons place. However, at our campsite, the phone coverage was sketchy.

Loved this campground and its amenities

First time here. Camp Host / Management top notch. Tahoe is a heavily visited lake, and yet much of the campground feels away from the busy lake activity. However, its also easy reach of bike trails, shopping and dining if you like. Will return again if lucky enough to find an open site next year.

Good location, easy access to Little town, but I dont like the idea of camping in someones backyard. Our campsite backed up to Homes and their backyard. In fact a lot of them did.

Great hosts at this park!!! So clean! They really go the extra mile even shipping an item out to us someone in our party left! Thank you!

The host is super professional and friendly to people. We found a clean campsite and a clean bathroom. He was always present at the site to address any questions or emergencies involving bears and other wildlife.

We stayed for 9 nights, 5 in sure 74 which was awesome and another 4 in site 14 which required a bit more setup for our 31 MH. We had to split our stay due to weekend availability of site 74, the folks that reserved it did not show or cancel. Dumpstation was easily accessible without blocking traffic, but water tank refill held up traffic. Campground was quiet, we really enjoyed the trees and a small beach yo stare across the lake.

The cleanliness of the entire site is excellent, the respect and kindness of the park caretakers delighted me and my family.

Excellent location and campgrounds. The parking pads could use an upgrade.

Paid for tent camping with a 30' trailer spot, as availble for purchasing on the website, same as it has been every time we stayed in the past over many years. When we arrived, we were forced to pay an additional $10/day for the trailer we were towing. They insisted it counted as a second vehicle because it was not a 'tent-trailer.' Seems unethical since it was absolutely was not a second vehicle and not stated on the website! We have stayed there many times over the years without this levied extra bogus fee. This along with no showers, reserved campsites being unavailable where there are no-shows, and typical swarms of yellow jackets, makes William Kent a deal-breaker to stay there again, sad...

We had a wonderful stay at William Kent State Park. The campground hosts were extremely helpful and professionalalways available if needed, but never intrusive. The grounds wervery quiet and clean, which made for a relaxing visit. Facilities were well-maintained and in great condition. Overall, it was an excellent camping experience, thanks in large part to the hosts care and attention.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
