If the most important aspect of a campsite is how close you are to the bathroom, you can't get better than this site. The bathroom is essentially IN your campsite. Luckily it didn't stink during our visit, and the camp host was super friendly and helpful. It's a pretty short walk to the tiny beach associated with the campground. After getting over the bathroom situation it wasn't that bad, tons of kids at this site so it can get loud/rowdy at times.

Dont choose site 57. There is a bathroom right next to the campsite. Its not labeled on the campground map, but it stinks and people will be coming into your campground to use it. Also it says 2 cars allowed per campground but unless you have two small cars its very difficult to fit both since you cant park on the dirt. Male campground host was friendly and helpful. The female host was not so friendly and was rude. Beach by the campground is very small and there are a lot of boats. It was an okay experience overall but I wouldnt camp here again. Plenty of nicer campgrounds in Tahoe

Dont take campsite 57, right by the toilet on open sun. We couldnt stay there, left to search another camping in the area.

Avoid at all cost! This spot is right next to the restrooms which was really stinky. The hosts kept the door open which was part of the problem but also you get no privacy here as people will frequently walk by to use the restrooms.

We had many family members camping throughout William Kent camp ground this summer. The camp sites were very generous in size and the many bathrooms were always clean. Special shout out to camp hosts, Michelle, Rick, & Ed, who were all fantastic! Will return in the future. Thank you.
