The lake is amazing! It is usually so clear you can see really far underwater. There are islands in the middle of the lake you can kayak or boat out to and camp on! It's as close to untouched wilderness as you find around here! Campgrounds were first class too! Thank you to the park staff for doing their best to keep up with things, even though they are short some personnel!

Brady Mountain Campground is on beautiful Lake Ouachita in Arkansas. Although it does not have water hook ups so you must fill up your freshwater tank when you get there. We stayed in site 56 which had a beautiful lake view but there was a large fenced in machinery plant that was very noisy. It sometimes turned off but was not very pleasant for camping. Otherwise its a nice campground.

It is always a good time at Brady. The rangers and volunteers are always friendly and helpful. Our family has been camping for more than 50 years at Brady its our go to place.

When we booked it, we saw a lot of negative reviews about the bathrooms. From other site weve camped at all over the country, this place actually had running water so pretty clean facilities so I thought it was a great stay and if were ever in the area again wed book here.

Excellent, been this time of year forever with family. Be back next year. Family changed sites around due to loud people with alcohol voices and profanity. 2am is too late in a camp ground to be yelling and sleeping in road. But I think we found spots away from that!

The park was packed for the weekend but was never noisy. We never saw any staff except the young lady who put our card on the post.Bathroom/shower on A loop was worn but clean. I thought the mens shower was very dark.

We stayed in spot 40, which was in an excellent location! The bathrooms were definitely dated and could use some renovations. Also, the continuous pump running beside the bathhouse is extremely loud. NO WATER hookups at the actual sites!! I somehow missed that in the description.

Stayed mid-March. Not very many people and those that were there were very quiet. Restrooms were clean and the showers were hot. Will definitely stay again!

Great campground! Its a little bit of a drive off the main highway (7 miles), but worth the drive - its a very well taken care of park. Bathrooms were spotless the entire time we were there. All 3 men in our group commented on how clean the showers were. We were in spots 22 & 23 and they were perfect for us. It was pretty windy the entire time we were there, but we were protected from the worst of it on the lower loop. Would definitely return!

What a beautiful spot! As it turned out, we, along with our in-laws, were the last campers for the season! The bathrooms and showers were daily kept very clean by staff. We will be staying at COE campgrounds many more times in the future. Thank you for providing such space!

Huge and beautiful campground, as usual with USACE!Bring your cano and enjoy the lake and all the islands, well not all So four stars rather than five because our site (56) was next to that very annoying group or pump starting every 30 minutes

We really enjoyed our stay at Brady Mountain. It was very peaceful and quite with amazing views of the lake. The bathrooms where clean. They cleaned and restocked them every morning. Be sure to fill your freshwater tank on the way in, right past the sign in shack. There are no water hookups at the camp sites. Nor sewer. Only electricity. We will camp there again.

This is a piece of heaven on earth. Quiet getaway where you can experience nature at its best. Tiffany and Dave make your stay as if you were family. The Clydesdale experience was exciting. These are big magnificent horses with gentle personalities. Would not hesitate to come back and do this again!

Solo camping trip for me and it was perfect! So peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. Spacious campsites with great views. Clean and functional bathhouse/restrooms. There is a nice little store right outside the campground (within the recreation area) with reasonable prices. The only negative is that it's closed November thru April.

Great spot on the water with great views! Close to the beach area and even a rocky water entrance right near our site!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
