I was on site 15 and it was a great little site. My 15 foot trailer fit fine and the partial sun kept my solar charged throughout the weekend. There was a lot of privacy trees and large tent pad, bear locker and picnic table as well. The roads were well paved, bathrooms were spotless and stocked and the camp hose made his routine rounds. I would definitely recommend this camp ground if you visit the Grand Lake area. Super close to the lake, trails and town.

- Campsites are pack gravel and very level . - The park has a mix of tent only, back in sites with single and double parking, and pull throughs (as in pull off to the side). - Very clean bathrooms- Each site has a picnic table, fire ring, and bear proof storage box. - Site hosts were very friendly.- There is more vegetation than appears on Google maps/earth. So dont worry about choosing a site based on that. We camped at Green Ridge Campground in a Motorhome.

The camp host Garrett is amazing! The bathrooms and grounds were the cleanest I've ever seen them, as we come at least 1x a year! We'll be back!

The guy that works for vista I believe, he takes care of the water. (He has a motorcycle, motorhome, cargo trailer and screen room. His campsite was # 8. He was acting very creepy around the female camp host and around several females that were camping near him. Discusting man.

I didn't have any tree cover (B loop, 064), but other than that, the location was very good with easy access to the toilettes and also a great view to the sagebrush prairie, as well as a short walk to the dam. I didn't see in the description of the campground, but a water faucet is available outside the toilets and the water is good.

Amazing campsite, very pretty foliage, and super close to the lake!

Very nice campground! The scenery was beautiful and next door to the lake. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean and smelt great! It was very peaceful. The only negative thing was there was only one water faucet for our section for the whole loop available next to camp host. The camp host was super sweet, social, and helpful. It's within reasonable distance from downtown Grand Lake and Estes Park. Definitely recommend this campground!

The weekend we stayed was full on party until the early morning. There was no presence of host or anyone for that matter to ask people to be quiet. If you are in a tent only site, be prepared for a hike to the nearest vault toilet.

This was a great campground! It was well maintained and quiet. Seemed like a mix of tents and RVs but no generators and the camp noise was pretty low. There is an easy four mile hike to Grand Lake from the campground which was nice instead of driving over. Also has lots of small trails and boulders for the kids to explore.

I have a 35 ft trailer and chose a site that was identified as being suitable for that size tailer. i was unable to actually get in the site because the turn was too tight and the boulders lining the road prevented me from making the turn necessary to back the trailer into the sight. I was very appreciative of the camp host who worked with me to find another open site that I was barely able to fit into. You either need to set those boulders further back off the road or reduce the size trailer identified for the sites.

We didnt stay at the campsite because you had to walk through two campsites that were VERY close to ours to get to it. It also backs onto the road, so you dont even get away from people on the back side. Pretty spot, but they should remove at least 2 campsites to make them useable.

Love this campground and location so much! Just be warned that when they say you can have 8 people you can only camp on set pads, so if you need more than one tent make sure the spot can support it.

The campground host in loop B was the best we have had there in 30 years! Friendly, but kept control of the campground. Everything was clean. He was always available when we needed him.
@JamesG6676411 · Camped on Jun 27, 2024 at Campsite #2
Busy campground. Loop B had super heavy traffic because fishermen use the campground road to access the spillway. Loop A had much less traffic. Most of the campsites are really short. Short enough that people had to park their vehicles in sideways in front of their trailer to get off of the road. Each loop had it's own camphost and both were AAA+. Special shout out to Garrett on loop B. Good dude.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
