We visited Green Ridge site 074 in October. The campground was quiet with several open spots. The restrooms were clean, and the loop we were in had one with flushable toilets and sinks. Be aware that the spots are tight with not much room for a camper and tow vehicle, so allow yourself extra space when selecting your site..

Camp sites are too close together. There really is no sense of privacy. No showers. Camp ground host was more worried about which way our vehilce was parked. Would not recommend.

Nice campsites with some trees near the reservoir. Can access hiking trails from the campsite (limited during day by construction). Great access to west side of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Beautiful trees on this campsite and enjoyed a nice view of aspens changing colors. Campsites on either side of us were a nice distance away. We were fortunate to not have anyone directly across from us. It was a very short drive to where you can put in kayaks at Shadow Mountain Lake - and a beautiful lake to explore. We also enjoyed heading into Grand Lake a couple of times while we were in the area.

It was only an overnight stay and I arrived late. Raining when I arrived. Did not pop up my camper shell, so inflated my pad, and rolled into my sleeping bag. Unfortunately, there was a large group of college aged kids across from my camping site. It was after 10pm and they were making a ruckus for hours, it seemed. After a while they settled and I was able to sleep. Up early to see the continuing rain. The campsite would have been a nice spot to spend a few days. I was gone by 830 to get into the park before 9am. Nice overnight, though!

The campground is well-maintained and the camp host was friendly. I'm giving it four stars instead of 5 because it is not private AT ALL! the campground is in between a residential area and the shoreline, so there are mansions on the hill that you can see / that can see you, and there is very little spacing between sites so you don't have much privacy from the people next to you either. Also, my specific site had a yellow jacket nest in the bush between the parking spot and the tent pad. The bush touches the bear locker. I was able to use the bear locker without getting stung but I'm not sure I could've gotten away with that earlier in the summer when it was warmer.

The campsite was lovely with a nicely sized tent pad that was safely separated from the fire ring area. The picnic table was huge and while somewhat warped on top, was fine to use. We appreciated the fact that while heavy, we could relocated the table further away from the fire ring so that if sparks flew, our tarp would have a lessened chance to be affected. The drive through the campground was nicely paved as were the parking spaces for each site. The bathrooms were kept clean and well-supplied with toilet paper and the water faucet in the bathrooms worked well and the sinks were kept clean. The only issue we found with the campground was that the bathroom that had flush toilets and cold-water served sinks had no lighting at night or power to the hand dryer. The other similar building in another loop of the campground was too far to walk to at night. An adjacent issue one night was that on the ridge above the campground that separated it from Shadow Mountain Lake and along which ran a drive to access the trails adjacent to the campground had a group of teenagers or younger adults who played music and laughed and spoke loudly until at least 2am one night. A camper from our campground finally went up the ridge and told them to leave. Apparently the campground host hadn't heard them as he was nicely ensconced in his large and likely well sound-insulated motor home vs what we and others had as tent campers.I'd highly recommend going to this part of Colorado and using this campground.

Clean, and taken care of (the bathroom is one of the cleanest Ive seen for a campground bathroom) Right next to the lake so super easy to bring our stuff over.

Generally a nice and well maintained campground, the only downside was that our campsite was right next to the access road to the campground and some lodges, so there was some traffic and noise all night

We ended up not staying at Green Ridge campground last Friday. A site opened up at Roaring Fork campground at Arapaho Bay where we stayed the night before. We dont like the first come first serve on some of the sites because you dont know if something will be open or not. At Roaring Fork the campground host decided if you got a site or not. Having a pay envelope on site and online is confusing. When we stayed at Roaring Fork a second night we could have gotten the site online but did the pay envelopes we had the receipt to put on the post at the camp site so no one else took it. The campground host should have internet access and the reservations should be online live.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
