Loop A site 039 had privacy and nice views but little shade. Saw a fox and hummingbirds at our camp site.

The campgrounds were so nice and well managed. We had a great time in our 2 nights there. The provided bear locker was a huge bonus.

We ended up not staying at Green Ridge campground last Friday. A site opened up at Roaring Fork campground at Arapaho Bay where we stayed the night before. We dont like the first come first serve on some of the sites because you dont know if something will be open or not. At Roaring Fork the campground host decided if you got a site or not. Having a pay envelope on site and online is confusing. When we stayed at Roaring Fork a second night we could have gotten the site online but did the pay envelopes we had the receipt to put on the post at the camp site so no one else took it. The campground host should have internet access and the reservations should be online live.

Nice campground, super clean bathrooms! Easy walk to the lake

Camping in site 2 was great. Wonderful access to the lake and very clean.The camp host was also incredible. We wanted to stay an extra night and he was extremely accommodating, helping us to find another site for that night. HIGHLY recommend him as well.

not bad! But site 20 is shared with 3 other sites. Shared parking area and on top of each other.

Everything was awesome. Clean campsite and clean flush toilets. Never met the host, sign always said closed, but never needed them. Will definitely book again.

Awesome campground host who accommodated my request to swap with an open site. Amazingly clean sites. Water quality and favor was above average for a campground. Sites are small and tightly packed. There isn't much natural shade around the table and tent pad, so a tarp or canopy are a must on clear summer days.

The campground was awesome, offering nearby fishing and paddle boarding.

I love the B loop here. Some great views, easy access to Shadow mtn res. If you feel like going into Grand Lake that is close by. I find campers here are pretty respectful of each other. Not much noise.

Site number 22 is challenging to find, as it is one of four tent sites in a corner of the camping area. We were somewhat surprised by the lack of privacy, as homes nearby could see everything in our camp. The site is very close to the other four adjacent sites. Parking was good. We easily scrounged firewood from deadfall. The area itself is magnificent.

Getting to space 24 without pruning trees was nearly impossible with a 38 ft 5th wheel due to a tight "cul de sac". But there was a 1st come first serve FF site 51 that was excellent. Only suggestion was the continuous slamming of the bathroom door all night, which could likely be solved with a soft close piston. Otherwise,great.

Love how close the lake and river is to the campground. Just pack the girls in the wagon and go fishing!

Flush restrooms were closed, had to use porta-potty. Dump station was finally open, after years, but no water to clean out holding tanks.

Im not down side is the main road to the water is visible from camp site so got cars driving by all the time. Spacious and beautiful star gazing. Very clean and close to the water and trails.

Beautiful campground! Level sites & easy to access in a camper van. Conveniently located on west side of RMNP. Water spickets and bathrooms located throughout campground. Would stay here again!

Roads are so narrow and spots are questionable on what size unit fits in them. Been going here for over 50 years.

Loop A, site 4. Very nice campground. No lake view from our campsite but very close to the water, which was great. Facilities were clean. Definitely recommend.

We rserved a site from Monday to Thursday -- it was great . By Friday every site was taken and the place was very noisy . Enjoyed the stay during the week - kayaked Shadow Mtn & Grand Lake, hiked the east sure trail . All good until the weekend .

The dump station at the campground is still not operational, it's been several years since it's been available. The barricades were taken down but there is no water to the dump station. Why does this remain closed?The flush toilets were not available during our stay which was very inconvenient especially for the small children that were not fans of the pit toilets!

This was such a beautiful campground surrounded by mountains. The views were amazing and the campground was easy to get in to and find our site. This is one we would go back to again.

Location is excellent. Nice lake frontage just behind our spot and a multi trailhead at the end of the campsite. However, we expected flush toilets (via online description) but the flush toilet facilities were not working and the porta potties were SO full. They were in very serious need of being emptied. Gross. (Im a camper and not grossed out easily). Loop B had working toilets so we walked all the way down to those. If you make a reservation, make sure youre on loop B. Not loop A.

My family has been camping here on a regular basis for over 15 years. A lot has changed over time, and not all in good ways. This is a beautiful campground but it does see a lot of use. The dump station has been out of commission for several years now. This year, the plumbed bathroom on Loop A was not functional, and they were port-a-potties instead. The vault toilets are heavily used and not always clean. The plumbed restrooms (when operational) do not have hand soap dispensers in them. The potable water had a somewhat concerning yellow cast. There can be ticks in the low growth along the paths (keep an eye on dogs if they roam there). Access to the reservoir and nearby trails is great, and the campsites themselves are generally spacious and have relatively good separation between them, giving some sense of privacy. Unfortunately, the campground felt really crowded this time around, and we had neighbors across from us that were pretty intrusive and allowed their children and a small unpleasant dog to wander into our campsite unattended (dog off-leash) multiple times a day. We also had a small multi-tool stolen from our campsite. So this wasn't the best, this time around. Hopefully it will be better next year and the bathroom will be fixed.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
