Miller's Ferry is definitely one of Alabama's hidden jewels. There are many sites that are waterfront, but all the sites are spacious. It's a great place to relax & find the beauty in nature. I cannot say enough about the camper hosts: Charles & Connie. They were friendly, informative & went out of their way to make sure everyone had a wonderful camping experience. We will be back.

We brought our 4year old grandson camping for the first time. He had a great time fishing, riding his bike and hanging out. We always enjoy our time at the campground and look forward to our next trip!

I love how the park is laid out. Rack campsite is a degree of privacy. All aminities are covered. A trip to the town of millers ferry is a must. Such neat stores to visit. The marina is improving by leaps and bounds, hats off to that venture. Fishing is usually very good and the grounds are well kept. The host are always nice and friendly.

Great atmosphere. Good access to the river and the beach area was excellent. Spotlessly clean and the laundry was good too

The campground was safe and beautiful. There is a store 15 minutes away if you forget anything. :) We saw fish, shrimp, one opossum, squirrels, and a cat. There was a ton of Spanish moss and honeysuckle. There is a loop for walking, running, or biking. I loved how we could see the water from any point on the grounds, but still be surrounded by trees. The only negative was a bird call box that went off every 10 minutes (day and night) that was VERY annoying. The call sounded like a screaming monkey, which was funny during the day, but not in the middle of the night. BUT, this box was located across the water at a person's private home, so unfortunately there was nothing to do about it. I still thoroughly enjoyed staying at these grounds for two nights and would return again.

Campground hosts are wonderful ! One of our Favorite places to camp! Will say that the docks and the few campsites with decking are in terrible need of new decking and Repairs! It is soo bad that it is a safety concern, fall hazard!

Had beautiful views of the Alabama River. Had full bathhouse and one laundry room. Went to see Old Cahawba archeological site. They provided bikes for going around their town.

We have camped at this sweet park for many years, though we left early due to inclement weather on this trip Millers Ferry Campground is always a solid pick. Fishing and wildlife observation is a good choice for this area, with a small town close by to meet many needs. We ate a good meal at Camden Station and enjoyed seeing some the historic homes in that area. we are likely to return when we can.

Site #34 - we had 4 days of ants invading our RV. Absolutely horrible experience. We will probably NEVER be back.

Very nice large sites. Most are well spaced for privacy. Many are right on the Alabama River. Nice layout that spreads the campground out with lots of open spaces. One of the shower buildings has private handi-cap bathrooms that include your own sink, toilet and shower which is very nice.

Great place , well maintained, park host are great guys. Ace hardware, small shops are a good side trip. Gainsridge is a great place to eat , open on the weekends with a reservation. Very good food. Easy access for big rigs, no problems with sites. You need to bring a dump wagon as there is no sewer at sites. There is a very nice dump station on site. A separate entity is building a nice marina with fuel and a small dining area on the side. One last note there is a very nice boat ramp located on the property. Great place and a great price .

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
