The campsite was in a perfect place to either grab the shuttle from the visitor center or start biking through the park. Clean and beautiful site.

The view! Incredible. Clean restrooms, clean water. Loved the family of deer wandering through our campsite. Wonderful spot.

I enjoyed my recent visit to Zion NP camping at Watchman campground. The location is perfect for accessing several trails and also the visitor center where you can pick up the shuttle to go elsewhere in the park. They have flush toilets and an outdoor sink to do dishes. No showers but that was ok. The campsites are close together and close to the road but the noise level was not bad. I was car camping and there was plenty of space between sites.

Watchman Campground, Loop A, was ideal for our stay. Close walk to the amphitheater for an evening Ranger-led program. Site was clean, level and perfect to admire stars and Watchman at night.Campground was also close to the Visitor Center, Pa'rus and Watchman trails. Sites were fully occupied, so plan early and/or set a notification to alert you when sites become available. Have fun!

This was our favourite RV Park! We were in A19 with a backdrop of the Watchman. And even though it only has electric hook ups, it wasn't an issue as there are water and dump stations just outside the camping area. It was close the visitor centre and just over the bridge from town. The only downside is that there is not security and upon late return one evening there was a chancer in our spot. I had to wake them but lucky enough they didn't argued and moved. But its not something you want when returning late

The campsite was great. It was a close walk to the visitor center and amphitheater.

Thank goodness you have power there! It was so hot, I can't imagine camping in an RV without AC.Showers would be a nice addition if you can swing it.Maybe a reminder for people to turn out (or at least just use the minimal lights) when they are inside for the night. One camper had really bright lights on and they weren't outside, which made enjoying the 'dark skies' more difficult. Maybe a time for lights to be off? It wouldn't have bothered me if they had been sitting outside--they should be able to enjoy their site.

Excellent view from our site. Peaceful with an amazing view. Location to the bathroom was perfect. The river walk to Springdale was easily accessible. Only downside is that the trees were only on one side of the side so we were in the blazing sun all afternoon/evening. I would still stay here over and over again though. Cant recommend The Watchman enough (unless you want full hook up sites with fancy amenities).

Loop A was perfect for our stay. Beautiful views. Easy walking distance to visitors center, shuttle, outfitters, hiking and restaurants! Level sites. Definitely recommend!

Every spring and fall when we camp here we have such a great experience. The campground is clean, there is lots of tree cover. The fall the trees will be bare but will offer an excellent view of the surrounding mountains in the valley. The orange and reds really pop out at sunrise and sunset. The only thing I wish they’d install is a couple of showers at the restroom facilities to lessen the dump station runs. Other than that this campground is great. The visitor center and tram is a short walk away. Right outside the park across the bridge is the Zion Canyon Brew pub, they have a great selection of microbrews which is refreshing after a long days hike. They also sell your growlers which you can get refills on an take your 64oz beer back to your campsite for $15. The tram service is great and will allow you to mount bicycles on the front if you are wanting to ride. The trams outside the park gate is great for getting free rides to restaurants, shops, or back to your hotel if you are staying in one. I’ve also used the tram to drop me off at the laundry mat to get my family ready for our next destination. I love to stay at Watchman. The camping spots are spaced enough apart that you don’t hear small talk of other campers. Its no surprise that since COVID and the spike in popularity of owning a trailer that you have to book 6 months in advance to get your spot. It is well worth it though. I recommend April and October camping here for wildflower blooms and leaves changing colors. The hiking weather is absolutely perfect with a slight chill in the morning. I wish every national park would try to model Zion.

Great campsite, little rocky on our site but fire ring and space was great. One morning nice size Bull Elk walked through the camp site, also deer and Raven are abundant and fun to watch. We were there to hike and view the canyon. We did a great hike below the rim to ohhh ahh point highly recommend this hike. We used the shuttle service (good connectivity) we walked to the visitor center about a mile away, nice walk.

Great shade trees and ample picnic area made this a beautiful spot. There were deer wandering through the campground on a regular basis. The distance between the sites was appreciated. Would stay here again.
