Campground was awesome! This was my first foray into camping with my brother. We didnt have quite the proper gear for the climate but it was an amazing experience regardless. It was perfect being situated in the park. Only downside was the lack of fire/cooking station at the individual site but that was noted in the sites specifications and I was too late to get a site that was equipped as such hah. Having the critters run around the site at night was awesome along with the night sky views. Close enough to walk to the nearest public showers was great too.

It was great. Camp host charged our car battery, bathrooms were nice, communal fire was great. Campsite was well maintained. It might have been better if the website listed that there are no fire pits in the F Loop campsites, but the communal fire was maybe even better. The walk-to F-Loop sites are very close to the parking lot, like an average of 300 feet maybe, but they're better because they don't line a roadway. And the campground is right next to the visitor center and bus depot. So it's super convenient.

This is an extremely convenient location with an epic view in all directions. And the foot bridge straight into town was a great surprise! We totally loved it. The walk-in tent sites were really nice. As tent campers, we would have liked to have been given warning about the nightly strong & shifty wind gusts that happen in the canyon as part of the unique weather there.

Great location for camping, however additional restrooms would be beneficial.

I stayed at one of the walk in sites and it was a great experience! It has a nice sun shelter and plenty of room to set up camp. One annoying part about this location is it is very close to the visitor center parking lot and people constantly set off their car alarms to find their cars. Other than that it was great. Walking distance to town and the watchman trail was great nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and convenient camp ground! Not a long walk from the parking lot at all. Beautiful site with shaded covering and a table. Also a very close walk to the visitor center.

We had a scenic and clean walk in site for our two small tents. The communal bath house was close by. Hot water availability would have been a very nice benefit!

Our battery died, and a ranger (so nicely) found a portable battery to jump start our car, thank you so much!Gorgeous sunrise after a nightly snowfall over our tent. The site was very nice and tidy, and our neighbors quiet and friendly.

The Watchman Campground was one of the best camping experiences I've had in my lifetime. From an overview, the surrounding area is scenic and serene while the campground itself is clean and orderly. The park employees are helpful and attentive and the layout was perfectly spaced so you don't feel cramped, yet you don't feel like you're in solitude. $40 seems like a lot for a tent space, but it is well worth it! I would recommend for anyone looking to camp (tent/trailer) in the Canyonlands/Arches/Moab area. The views are second to none...

Gorgeous, well ordered and maintained, close to the visitors center. Hotter at night than Mather was at Grand Canyon.

Watchman F Loop is perfect for those who enjoy a very low key camping experience. Be prepared to share a campfire ring, but otherwise the space was perfect - isolated without being too far from amenities like toilets. My only complaint is the proximity to the public parking lot for Zion. People kept losing their cars and setting off their car alarms to find it. Other than that the campground was clean and extremely beautiful, very accessible to Springdale and the shuttles, and I would absolutely camp here a thousand times over. As for camping in Zion in late November - it's far below freezing. Pack and gear up accordingly!!

Nice campground with well maintained facilities. We camped in a tent only/walk up spot, but the parking spot wasn't terribly far from the spot, which made unloading no problem. Beautiful views, the spot comes with a food box/bear box, picnic table, and space for 1 large or 2 small tents. Only downside was no fire ring.

A beautiful location in the park, close but not too close to the bathrooms, camp host is right next door, overall a wonderful site

Zion is beautiful. The Watchman camp ground site #13, was nice, with its awning and some shade from a tree. If it had more shade, it would have been even better. The location is close to the parking lot and to the restroom - except for the fact that the park was alternating opening the flushing restrooms open one day to the other do to Covid-19 - which does not make any sense at all as one would have to use the porta-potty, and how much more contaminated and disgusting is that then to use the flushing toilets with more space?! So the site was not a problem except the heat in the afternoon - oh yeah, the wind was super powerful 2 of the 3 nights we stayed; the experience not being able to see the Scenic route was the biggest disappointment! Due to Covid-19, the shuttles were not running which sucked!!! big time, so whoever could get up first to the scenic route before the car limit was reached, they were able to see the Narrows and the other 2/3 rd's of the park. So that was my experience, the site was good, but the trip was okay because of the shuttles being down, and car limit. I would have gladly signed a waiver or "go at your own risk" to see the scenic route on the shuttles. This was definitely disappointing, and if I knew that I would not be able to enter into the scenic route, I would not have gone this year forgoing the 12 hour round trip, and waited another year when the shuttles are moving again.Lastly, the river was very nice, and the Watchman trail is a good hike.

Incredibly clean and the communal fire pits are a great opportunity to make friends - nothing bad to say about this place!
