We had a great time camping at Watchman campground at Zion National Park. The ground is in good and even. It drained very well even though we had continuous light rain through the night. The view is spectacular and trail/shops nearby. Big thanks to the invisible campsite host for keeping the place in top shape.

Watchman campground was everything we'd hoped for to explore Zion. Our site was great and even with the govt. shutdown, the facilities were open and well taken care of. We had a blast hiking and riding bikes! Can't recommend it enough!! Great time

Site has shade in the evening but can be hot during the afternoon. Easy access to both bathrooms and a great view from the site!

This site has good cell service, right by the mountains. Clean restroom. This is one of the best campgrounds I have been to. Enough space for 2 cars, 2 tents being used. Has table with attached chair already and fire pit. You will see family of deers roaming around in the morning.

Campsite was beautiful, perfect for tent or small RV. Very clean, quiet, and neighbors were respectful. The amount of tourists swarming in the adjacent Visitor Center parking lot - waiting to board the Zion Canyon shuttle - was insane. If youre going to do the shuttle, do yourself a favor & stay more than 1 night. Incredible place of beauty!

The views from our site were incredible. Campground is easy to navigate and sites easily accommodated our two tents.

Good for a night as site base is rocky for sleeping in a tent.

This is a perfect park, on the river in the heart of ZION!

Convenient access to both the park and the town of Springdale, it was great to be able to stay in the beauty of Zion. Campsites were close together, but all of our neighbors were quite respectful. Sink in the bathroom was helpful for dishes. The ground can be quite hard - if you're staking in a tent, bringing a hammer helps!

This is my favorite campsite at Watchman Campground. I try to stay in the same one everytime except in the winter when I prefer to be closer to the restrooms.

Beautiful site. Unfortunately, our site had a lot of ants (not a few, but really a lot). Other than that, everything was fine!

Pretty good campground, sites a little small but ok. Bathrooms, trash and water all close. Within walking distance to visitors center and bus stop

I love staying in Watchman Campground. D 25 is my favorite site. There is nothing behind you so it is like you are in your own little piece of heaven. It was very quiet this time with only about 6 campsites being used since it was the end of January and cold. The campground is very dog friendly. I wish both restrooms were open year round.

I stay here about every 6 months to relax and recharge. The campgrounds are always clean and campground hosts are extremely nice and helpful. I bring my dog so we always walk on the one trail you can do with your dog. I suggest going early in the morning because there are less people on the trail and it is pretty and quiet. Watchman Campground is so close to the Visitor's Center to get to the shuttle bus to the scenic drive.

Watchman Campground has a great location just a short walk away from the Zion Visitor Center. Our campsite was very big though it did not get much shade in the early to late afternoon. When we visited, the temperature was consistently over 105 degrees so during the day we were not able to relax at our campsite due to the scorching sun and heat that came in the afternoon. The bathrooms were close by and alternated opening and closing every other day. This made us feel they were getting a deep clean which was important because of COVID. Possibly try to get a campsite in the shade or bring a canopy to avoid the desert heat. Maybe visit earlier than August in the summer! Despite the heat, we enjoyed our stay at Watchman.
