I can't recommend this campground enough. If you are visiting Zion, this is where you want to stay! We were a few minutes walk from the visitor center (and shuttle bus stop), and a quick walk into town (brewery is just across the bridge). It was so nice to park the car and not have to get into it again during our stay. The parking lots fill up fast, so just having a place to park your car when visiting the National Park is dreamy! The views from our campsite were beautiful, we loved seeing all the deer in camp, and my personal favorite was the dishwashing sink (with warm water) at the bathroom building - SO NICE!

The watchman campground is a great campground. The hosts are friendly, the bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Any site is a good one - you either get great views or the sound of the creek or both! We spent 5 nights here and walked to everything (or walked to the bus)! Can't beat the location!

While I didn't end up staying at my campsite that I had reserved because the heat was 90 degrees at 8:00PM, the convenience and set up of the website for reservations and for keeping me aware of the status of fires in the areas was very good.

While I wish there were showers, I found the bathrooms to be very clean. Our ranger, checked in with us in the evening and was super pleasant and informative. The sites were spacious and clean. Planning on coming back to Zion and will again be staying here!

Great location! It's a relatively short walk from the campsite to the Visitors Center and shuttle. The facilities are well maintained and clean, including the restroom area, which included a convenient dish-washing sink. And, the surrounding area is just gorgeous! My one minor complaint is that the campsites are a bit close together. But, then, considering the immense popularity of this park, I can understand why. With my lifetime seniors National Parks pass, I paid $15/ night - a great bargain!

Great location, no showers so do come prepared to wash off after your hike. Walking distance to the visitor centre, brewery, outfitters, cant get more convenient than this place. However if you check out late and want to park in the main car park to go on a hike be prepared to drive around looking for a space for 1hr. Day parking for those checking out here would be amazing

Watchmans campground was so nice! Easy to get to and close to a lot of trails. The campsites are well kept and the facilities are clean. Would stay here again!

I reserved a handicap site closet to restroom because I can't walk very good and breathing is a big issue for me pertaining to my heart and disability... and all four were out of order, no one at the front to maybe exchange camp site. Next morning I drove to the nearest restroom where a man was cleaning, and I asked about the park rangers and he was very rude and said when I see them I'll see them?? Asked about the restroom nearest me and he said that wasn't on his work list. Very unprofessional!!!

Spacious, weather was great when we came on 10/15/21. Close proximity to the toilet area. It was serene and loved the views! Would definitely recommend and go back.

Perfect campsite to hike Zion! So clean and the perfect location. The bathrooms are well kept and there’s an area to clean dishes. Make sure to keep your national park pass on you at all times even when walking or driving into town. Everything is walking distance including brewery, shuttle, and market. Highly recommend!

CROWDED. No one wearing masks. Loud and no privacy. Honestly would rather stay at BLM land outside of Zion.
